If you think that after sales service is an important aspect of any product never buy any NOKIA handset.
These NOKIA care people are just sitting their to waste your time and cross their other products. Once you reach their, they will not pay attention to what your issue is with your handset. Rather they will insist you to purchase some accessories like New handset cover, extend warranty(so that your phone will be ready to be repaired again and again) or do insurance of your phone as they know it your lifeline.
I have been to them consecutively four times for the same issue and that too in less than a month. They dont have any specific answer to my issue rather each time one thing is common- cross sell their product. They never thought once that I have to come each week for my phone to start once again.

They format all my data again and again each week and proudly say we are not responsible for your data. Then for what they are responsible. They dont want to sort the issue, dont want repair, dont want to replace the handset, nor provide any logical reply. They are just happy increasing their market share in INDIA.

Even the customer care (on phone) say that discussion with NOKIA care centres are internal to customer. They only came to know when you talk with them on phone. It means all these NOKIA care centre who are providing you job sheet no. are not authorised.

My Nokia worth Rs12000 handset is not with me now also, now after shouting a lot they submitted my handset for another 7 days. God knows how long I have to suffer with NOKIA.
I will never buy any NOKIA handset rest of my life nor recommend any near and dear ones to purchase it. At least dont buy their high end phones they are too faulty to bear with.
