I had Purchased a Micromax mobile X580 from The Mobile Store(Ambala City) on 09/07/2011.

There is a Problem with Charging Device since Last Week.



I came to know from Auth. Service Center (Kapoor Telecom_Ambala City)The Charger port installed in Mobile which is not support the Charger now. & the
Charges for the Replacement 150/- i have to Paid although Handset is in Under
Warrenty.

This is an purely a Technical Fault with Device the Quality of the Produce is not good
Since I had purchased Just before 4 months ago and this type problem come just in short
Time.

Mainly the produce is in Warranty then why should i Pay For that..........
