Delay in service I had purchased Nokia E61i handset from Planet M on 21/9/2008 with 2 years warranty. Amount paid Rs.16,065/- Now due to some issues with handset i had given the same for repairs at Nokia care center (Today telecom 9/10 padmavati Darshan, opp, Deepak Cinema, N.M.Joshi marg, Mumbai -400013 job Sheet no. 646504867/090812/76
Target date for delivery was on 22/8/2009 estimate cost for repairs Rs3,000/- Since 22nd August i am not getting any positive revert from them. Now they are saying to take back handset as parts are not available.
Such mental harrasments is bothering me and i am really tensed due to such poor service and reverts.
Girish , Who is owner is least bothered to revert My sms and phone calls.
Request your good self to take it strongly and help me pl.
