Respected sir/Madam,

I purchase a new handset of ZEN C-380 and after 2-3 months the speaker of that set is spoiled, then on 13 sept 2011 I put it in service centre (tyagi mobile solution avantika rohini sec 1) but my handset is not repaired at till date and the owner of service centre give me comments that company not giving the parts of that handset. It is requested kindly look into the matter and take necessary steps.
