I Have bought A Brand New W395 just a week Before(22.08.2009). From the 2nd day i am facing the problem with the phone like Hanging & auto Restart. i have given for software upgradation to your autorised service center. Complaint No=SE309SV110402. Again the problem is repeating with additional Problem like No MENU is Opened, Not Able to LIFT the calls Etc....no they are saying that it is the problem with the motherboard. it takes around 10-15 days which is supposed to go to Banglore for Rectification. please give me th solution for this.
