Hello,

The Blackberry handset against the order no 109924 was delivered to
me on 23.05.11 through AFLWiz Couriers vide consignment number
81590305713615.

The phone was delivered to me about 11 am when I opened the parcel
found the phone screen was damaged. Also the phone was not working
initially , I charged it for around 4 hours then it was switched on,
but after 15 minutes it automatically got switched off and since tehn
its not getting on.

I reported the matter to customer care who refused to register the
complaint saying that their is some problem with the software.

I called them up 4 times expressing my concern about whom to contact.
I was told that i need to contact the vendor and the name of the
vendor is not mentioned on the invoice.

I told them that the following has only been written on the invoice:

Shipper Add

Warehouse address: 585/2, Ansal Palam Vihar Road, Bijwasan, New Delhi
and no name of the vendor was mentioned.


Your team was unable to locate and provide me the name of their vendor .

I have not been given the Bill for the phone which is my righty and in
its absence Black berry company will not replace the phone or
undertake the repair.

This is the case of cheating. I refer recent judgement made by the
consumer forum to "Get free replacement for defective/damaged
arcticles"
I request you to:

1.Replace the damaged phone immediately
2.Send the bill of the phone immediately or the matter shall be
reported to tax authorities for evading tax

Otherwise I shall be compelled to file a complaint in the consumer
court for cheating and also with woman organisations for harassment
and rude behaviour with a female

CAN ACTION BE TAKEN ON DEALSANDYOU WHO DONOT HAVE ANY ADDRESS OF THE
FIRM FOR TAKING LEGAL ACTION AND NO PENALTY CLAUSE FOR THE DEFAULT?
HOW CAN THIS CASE BE HANDED OVER TO POLICE? THIS IS AN E-FRAUD BEING
DONE
