    Question nokia complaint

    i have submit a nokia c5 to nokia care on 22/09/2011 for software updation, he open it completely and check liquid , after checking he say that it was free from any liquid and connect it to laptop to update software, but he fails and try 2-3 times after failing he say will repaired from nokia head office. after 15 days when i visit to nokia care he say that it contains water it will liquid temperd its warranty avoided. i submit the phone on nokia care on 22/09/2011 but he cut jobsheet on 29/09/2011, and my phone was does not contains any liquid

    Default Nokia Asha 200 device not working most of the time

    This is Madhavi Rao, resident of Navi Mumbai. I had purchased Nokia Asha model on 18th March 2012 from Ganesh Telecom, Sector 17, Vashi, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra. The Bill number is 375.

    On 23rd March 2012, morning when I tried to switch it on, the display was blank but the keyboard was working. So I went to Ganesh Telecom who asked me not to insert the memory card. During this period, there was a indefinite autorikshaw strike going on Navi Mumbai. I know how frustrating it was to manage my family, job and visits to the shop and customer care branch.

    The same problem persisted and finally on 26th March, 2012 I could walk all the way to customer care branch in Vashi, Sector 2, next to Abbott Hotel. They returned the phone in working condition after 2 hours.

    From 3rd April, 2012, morning the same issue persisted. I could go to the same service center on 5th April, 2012. The instrument was sent to Delhi office of Nokia and returned on 12th April, 2012. While giving it to the service branch on 5th April, 2012, I had demanded a replacement for the instrument.

    13th April, 2012, the same problem persists and I visited the service center again. They called to say that replacement will be given after 4-5 days. They cheated me by changing the outer body of the same device. Further, they created a brand new problem in addition to the older ones. Camera was giving blurred images.

    I have spoken to Grahak Panchayat Mumbai and posted this complaint through my husband's Facebook account.

    Default Complaint against Nokia e5 purchased at Croma Reta

    Respected Sir / Mam ,

    With due respect I had like to inform you that Croma ,Crown Interiors ,Faridabad is indulged in a fraud with me.

    I brought a Nokia E5 phone from the store on December 2,2011.I was facing problems since the day i brought it.When i went to Nokia Care ,Lajpat Nagar ,I was informed that the IMEI number of my cellphone and the box are different.

    They also informed me that the phone had already been repaired at Nokia Centre on 31/11/2011 ,when i purchased the same phone on December 2, 2011.They told me that Warranty Period for my cellphone had expired on December 4,2011.Unlike ,other phone being purchased which carry one year warranty , the warranty for my phone was two days.

    I went to Croma after all this happened.They are completely denying the fact that IMEI numbers could differ and they are neglegient even about the already repaired second hand phone being sold to me at original price.

    Thumbs up Nokia C2 - Touch screen not working

    Dear Sir,

    I purchased Nokia C2 during February 2012. Today i went to Nokia Customer care at Om Telecom, Mira road because my Mobile's screen touch is not working..
    Customer Service executive told me that the Touch screen paper is not available & it will take at-least 28-30 days....
    I will have to be with this problem for next 30 days!!! She also told me that not to go to other Nokia Service center since its not available other service centers too.....I don't carry my mobile with me now & kept in my showcase...

    Please advice

    Angry Unresponse Nokia Center.

    My mobile is Nokia Asha 200 :
    For One weeks it has a big hanging problem.I have visit nokia Store they submit my complaint but after repairing from Nokia they cannot any affect and cannot start when I was start it they become on hang.I have only two month use.And Nokia cannot change my mobile for two weeks I will everyday go for Nokia center they cannot response me well.So please tell me what can I do...?

    Dear Sir,

    I purchased Nokia c5-03 on 29-12-2011 in Chidambaram. After 2 months I noticed some camera problem ( Green line comes in image).
    After 5 months (ie: 12-05-2012) i approached Cuddalore district nokia authorised service center "Mobile Rescue" Address : No:10, Kalai Complex, , Pudupalayam Main Road, Back side of Taluk office, Cuddalore-607001,Tamil Nadu. Ph:04142-295565.
    I explained about the camera problem to the Manager Mr. B. Ravinthar , He under take the job and replaced the original parts and returned to immediately with poor condition. I am not willing to receive the cellphone such a condition. Then he asked to come again after 10 days. He returned the cell phone to me .
    Then I come to Know the Touch screen not working properly and the camera image also poor related to the original one. And also gave some Software Hanging and hardware Heating problem.
    So I make a complaint on 30-05-2012 in Nokia digital marketing and nokia care complaint cell.
    As per the instructions given by you by phone on 30.05.2012 at 2.30pm Regarding the Nokia c5-03 service problem, I am submitting the phone again in Nokia authorized service center Vadalur Neyveli.

    I have purchased a Nokia mobile phone at last one month ago. Today I have one problem create like no network coverage in my phone when I have many tines restart my phone and formating but my phone has not regular working. I immediate go to showroom for replacement but they told me that it is not my responsibility for this. Please help me or take Immediate the action?

    Default complaint regarding to noka services

    i purchased nokia lumia710 phone about a month ago from vasundhara infocom,indore...after two days from the purchasing a lot of problems were arising..i go to the nokia care center situated at gayatri incorporation,yashwant plaza indore..i explained a huge list of prob.(applications are not downlodng from market place,call end prob.ussd service not working,phone heatup,battery backup,network issue,phone restart ,reeboots,sound fluctuation in handsfree on calling.etc)they said that they check if there is a software prob.they updated the software twice but only the handsfree problem was resolved...they said that their is your network provider issue of not downloading the application.i came to the vodafone store and activated 3g pack worth rupees of 600@2gb on my phone..after this the moile is not able to download applicaton of 1mb in 3 to 4hours..also using my wifi connection to download the applicaton but seems to occur the same prolem."download pending".the nokia care manager MR.VIVEK KHANDE also used their secured wifi connection to download the applicaton but they aren't abe to downoad even a single application in 2hours...all probl. are as it is..only handsfree prob.is resolved..battery heatupup,phone restart reboots,ussd not working,sound prob.downloading. is as it is..they said we have to send the cell to the company .i said ok..they give me 10-12days timing..after 15days my cell came from nokia company...on the time of delivery i checked the prob..the battery backup phone heatup,and marketplace apps downoading prob.is same as past....i tried about 2hours for downloadng the appication through noka care center wifi connection.but i was unable to downloading a single applicaton.nokia care manger also tried about an hour but they wouldn't able to downloadng any of the apps.they said i bring your home to my cell and i check it properly that what is prob...next day i came the service center so they said it has a hardware problem..we have to send the cell to company again..i requested that sr it is my new cell please replace it because in only 5-6days of purchasing major problems is coming..and you also checked and send the cell to the company...but they said we can not do anything we have only one option to send the cell to the company if u wish to send the cell to the company again we will send it..i sad ok..after 10days the cell was came from nokia....this time ony marketplace downoading prob.is resolved other problems....like battery backup,,phone restart-rebots,network issue,ussd isse,call ended issue,are same..i compromised that one probem is resolved but i wll manage ..after 2days new probems are arise .error in connecting zune ,synchronsation failed,,,phone heats,,battery not work more than 2hours...i go to the service center they say that we check..after cheking they do some work on phone for the phone heatup prob...the problem wasn't resolved i requested them to replace my handset but they start misbehaving like we can't do anything..we are unable to replace the phone etc..i sad i dont want to speak u more i dont want anything ok........tomorow the software update is released v7.10 for lumia 710 in which there is many of my prob.was fixed..i came to the nokia care center and said for software update they maked my jobsheet and said for waiting till your phone gets updated(approx 10minuts),i wait there for 1hour after this they are saying that your phone has a software problem and we have to send it to the company...i show anger on them..that i m not fool i want my phone replaced they said we only send your phone to the company we cannot do anything..ok
    now i reported the case against nokia in consumer forum and noka complaint cell with the case id-1-12708672275
    i want my phone get replaced....

    my name is ashvin parmar.i m a gujarat rajkot.and than after because sir me rajkot me nokia care me sara khe answer nahi apate he or na bul dete he kam nahi hoga. and nokia lumia 710 mobail me bettery atometic low ao jati he or me sabhi ko ahi kahunga ke nokia ka mobail apani life me mat lena.
