This is a discussion on nokia complaint within the Mobile Handset forums, part of the Mobile category; 15 days back, i bought nokia c5-03, and just after 10 days the phone started to come with some problems ...

    Exclamation will never go for nokia in my life........



    15 days back, i bought nokia c5-03, and just after 10 days the phone started to come with some problems with the battery, it shows charging status even after unpluging it from the socket............next it started to have some trouble with starting the phone.......and after a day or two it is completely gone............it only vibrates and nothing happens further...............when i showed it at the nokia care.........they said there's liquid in my phone......... and as far as in my knowledge i know with how much care i keep my phone..........there nothing like liqid inside my phone......... and even if it is there i don't know how is it there................now they( at nokia care) are asking me Rs 4000 for the repair saying that the phone will not be repaired under warranty.................this instance of mine with nokia has completely broken my trust in the brand...........if some one could help..... pls help me..........cuz i'm not in a situation nor to get it repaired neither to buy another one....................

    After receiving the device when I go through this Three major problem arise once again
    1) Frequently I face unlocking problem It makes more disappointments for me and

    Thumbs down Nokia After sales Service suffers badly

    nokia complaint-bh904.jpgI have Nokia Bluetooth headset BH-904 . I purchased this from Nokia priorty for Rs 4500/-.Recently, the ear buds got lost while travelling. I try to get the ear buds at Nokia Service station , at Sector 14 Gurgaon. I have checked with Nokia customer care and email to Nokia , no one seems to be helping me in this matter.

    I have been recommended to buy a new bluetooth instead of ear buds. I did not expect such after sales service by Nokia brand.

    Maruti is sucessful because they have after sales service. Nokia is loosing on the after sales part now.

    Please suggest if someone can help with ear buds.

    I will never buy anything from Nokia in my life . They are most phathetic products and poor service makes worst.

    Default poor response from NOKIA

    Dear sir,
    I am Commander Anjesh Gupta from the Indian Defence Forces. I have 04 instruments of various models in my family and i was very satisfied with Nokia, till recently. But this unfortunate incidence has shaken all my faith in the brand called Nokia.
    I had procured Nokia C5 -03( ABE01849936E, CODE 059C544 AND IMEI 357022/04/353370/5) from Mumbai in May 2011.
    The touch pad of the instrument started giving me problem from Apr 12 and the same was shown to the Care Centre at Chira Bazaar in South Mumbai in first week of May 12.
    I am sorry to say that the response and the behavior of the employ at the centre was very unfriendly. After a lot of argument, the centre accepted my handset for resolving the problem and returned back the instrument after 21 days. I was told that the touch pad was renewed and the software was updated.
    However, to my horror the instrument has again gone duff within a month of renewal of the Touch pad.
    On approaching the same care centre, It has been told that the guarantee of the instrument has expired and the repairs would have to be undertaken again but on payment. Also, again the response from the personnel at the service center was very unfriendly. On being asked about the Guarantee of repairs, it was told that there is no guarantee for repairs carried out within the Guarantee period but for paid repairs one month guarantee may be provided. I was also told that they already knew that the instrument would go bad after the first change of touch pad by the headquarters.
    I have following queries post this experience:-
    (a) What is the sanctity of repairs undertaken by the care centre/head quarters within or out of guarantee period?
    (b) Do the repairs undertaken/spares used by the company are so bad that they cant last even a month?
    (c) Can a care centre of a reputed firm be so callous about customers grievance?

    when i complained the matter with Nokia customer care I was allotted complaint no 1-12877194727. however despite corresponding with the care centre for last two weeks and talking to service centre for almost 30 minutes ( which costed me a quite a few rupees) my problem has not been resolved till date. I am really sorry to say I have lost all faith in brand name NOKIA.

    i m nikhil gaur from bulandshshr(u.p) purchase nokia asha 200 on 15 june 2012 and i am facing a problem in display of this mobile and when i went to nokia care center they said that that this problem is caused due to mine only and they will charge 1370 for changing the display of mobile while my mobile is in guarentee period.....

    Unhappy About my nokia mobiles

    I purchased Nokia 500 last January & it started many problems in February like shutting down during the calls several times deleting messages &so on .I submitted to Nokia care in Cairo_Egypt they tried to fix it 4 times & still the mobile not working.I paid 450 LE more for Nokia 603 & after a week the new mobile started the same problems as the Nokia 500. I took it once more to Nokia care & for this headache that lasted till may we had a compromise to exchange the Nokia 603 to E6 with the payment of 400LE more. They called me to go & get the E6. when I get there to have the E6 I found it without a box which means that it might be used & for 2 month now they don't want to give me my money back or give me a new one with a box.

    I bought Nokia 500 January 2012 for 1500 LE , in February it started to close during speaking & to delete messages & incoming calls. After fixing it for 4 times at Nokia care they refused to give me my money back. After many negotiations for 3 months I exchange it with a new Nokia 600 and I paid an extra 450 LE in may 2012. After a week it started same problems as Nokia 500. I returned to Nokia care again & they refused to give me the money once more and I agreed to exchange the mobile to Nokia E6 with payment of extra 400 LE. but they want to give it to me without a box as if its not a new mobile . They have my mobile now for 2 months & refused to give me my money back or giving me a new mobile in its box.

    They said that its the policy of the company not to give me the money as I got the Nokia 603 from Nokia care not from the store.But it's not my fault as they are the ones that told me I can't getit from the store.

    Default Nokia C5-03 Touch pad not working

    This is Mohit Bansal, resident of Kolkata. I have a problem with my phone NOKIA C5-03


    On 2nd Aug 2012, morning when I tried to switch it on, the touch pad was not working and a i saw a small patch over there.So I went to NCC and they said like this is a physical damage. We can't do anything. I have faced the same problem 4 times before. Everytime they changed the LCD.

    How will your forum help me?

    Dear Sir i submitted my nokia handset C2-03 at nokia customer care sirsa haryana because of some problem in red key. it was in working condition. they opened it and checked. but they returned it to me in totally dead condition saying that it contains some water. but it is not true. what should i do in this situation.
