Hi,

I had Network and call drop problem with my Sony ericsson Zylo (w20i), which i purchased last november i.e 20th Nov 2011.
I submitted the mobile to Accel Frontline situated at Pasalkar Bhavan, Court road, Shivaji Nagar, Pune. on thursday (13th Oct 2011).
They took the handset and battery for testing purpose and after that submitted both.
But now they have mmisplaced my battery and refusing to compensate it

Please help me to get my Mobile with the battery.
