    Default Complaint against Spice Mobile

    Hello Sir,
    This is Jitendra Jain from Meerut.
    Actually i have buyed a Spice M6800 handset on 18 August 2011 from Spice Hotspot, Metro Plaza Meerut. It worked quite well in the beginning but around after 15 days it's display stop working, nd a white screen appears instead of the display then on 6 Sept 2011 i submit it with Authorized Spice Service center, and they admit it as a problem of white screen and gave me 1 week time to get it back after repair, i went there after one week, they said that they have sent the phone to compony and it will return in another one week, then on again visiting there they give a date of another one week, and lastly yesterday i went there, they said the company don't have it's spare part, what can we do.But we are looking fir a solution and as we get your phone we will call you.
    After visiting so many times i didn't get my phone and finally they are saying that the company too not having the spare part, that's not my problem at all, it's about 1month nd 1 week and my phone has not been repaired, if the company don't have spare part so they should provide me with a new phone.

    Default Pathetic Service of Spice Mobile Service Center

    Dear Sir,

    I purchased spice mobile D-6666 on 28.06.2010 Invoice Number-213112116. It started giving problem in display after that i went to service center M/s TANEJA ELECTRONICS of spice molibe located in vikas puri new delhi they changed its display it stared working but when i reached home there was again same problem of white display.then again i went there they gave some excuse again repaired it but same thing happed again. I was not alone there with this kind of problem there were many more people having same problem.Finally after so many efforts I handed over the handset to Authorised Spice Mobile Service Station (Taneja Electronics WZ-66/1A, Manmohan Nagar, VikaspuriExt. Delhi.) on 21/07/2011 (Job sheet No-2 and Serial No.-742) for replacement but till date(17/11/2011) i have not received my handset back.



    Kindly register my case and take the appropriate action against them.

    Angry SPICE M-9000 Charger Problem

    Dear Sir
    I am S Satish Kumar from Bangalore. Purchased a SPICE M-9000 (Spice PopKorn) mobile on 02/07/2011 at SPICE Retail Limited, Koramangala. I am facing this charger problem for the past 2 months. Initially it worked fine and then all of a sudden the mobile switches of when I connect the charger. I went to the S V mobile service station at Bommanahalli and told about the problem and they replaced with a part of the charger with a new/old one! Again after 2 days it gave the same problem. When I went again, they said that they don't have spares to replace the charger. I have gone many times to the store and still come up with the same reply of "NO SPARES". I am forced to use my mom's phone as I am not able to use my phone and the phone charger has a 6 months limited warranty. I registered a complaint with the online customer care with the complaint number 0400002111 on 08/11/2011. Kindly help me resolve this issue as early as possible.

    Default Defective Spice Handset and service

    Fault/Issue in the handset : I bought Spice MI-410 on Oct 6 2011, thursday, from a Spice Hotspot (G3, Gateria Plot no.2 , Sector 12 , Dwarka, New Delhi - 75).Mobile - 91 9560099571

    I had found the front camera blurry, as if there was water inside it.The shopkeeper refused to accept that there was a problem, and said that the quality was very good. On my repeated request, he agreed to show us another handset and indicate that this was the quality in all handsets.

    After 3 days , he showed us a new phone , and the difference in the cameras was obvious. Now he finally agreed to the problem and said that he would "try to get it changed" by the next day.

    The next day (Monday), I called him , he said there was no power at the service station so he could not get the handset replaced. So I called him again on Tuesday, now he said that there was no other faculty was available at his shop, hence he could not go .

    This continued for every day and he gave me a new handset on Saturday, 9 days after I bought the phone.

    Now as soon as he opened the box , I immediately showed him that there were many scratches on the screen and backside , indicating that it had been used. He did not agree and said that they were manufacturing defects . Then again I showed that the Battery calibration program, which starts every time a phone is opened for the first time , did not start up, again showing that this handset had been previously used. But the shopkeeper was adamant and ignored my statements.
    On top of that, the light of the bottom buttons leaked out into the screen on this particular handset.

    Now after 2 days , the handset stopped functioning properly. The screen would not register my touch properly and moved erratically even when I was not touching it . The problem was so unbearable that on saturday, October 22 2011 , I went to his shop and report the problem. But the shopkeeper refused to entertain my complaints.

    I had to go to the Spice service center : TANEJA ELECTRONICS, WZ-66/1A, MONOHAR NAGAR, DELHI - 110052
    They made us wait for 5 hours and then said that the handset would go to the company .I called them everyday but they kept postponing the problem to the next week .
    On Nov 14, Childrens day they called me and gave the exact same phone and the problem even worse. In 30 seconds, the service center people took back the phone and told me to go to the company as they had no role anymore. I wrote to Shailendra Kumar, the head of DelhiNCR, on 15 Nov 2011. The next day he called and said that the phone would be replaced. But when we went again, on tuesday,22 Nov 2011 , they gave us the same phone . I called Shailendra and told him that I had recognized it was the same phone, he went back on his promise that phone would be replaced. that the phone would never be replaced, it would only be repaired, even . I tried to convince him that he would never buy a car at full price even if it had run a kilometer on road, but he cut the phone.
    I have not even made a single phone call even though I bought it on 6 Oct 2011

    Please do what you can about this situation

    Default Complaint against Spice Mobile

    Dear Sir,

    I have purchased spice mobile M 5115 from flipkart cost 1099 with 1 year of manufacturar warranty of phone on the date-16th of feb,2012.

    invoice number-20120216B1005202.

    It started giving problem in the speaker of the phone,which is totally not working.Then i went to the service center-

    Deprosys Technologies
    225,1st floor,Fountain Plaza,
    chennai-600008

    there i gave my mobile for servicing on 10th of march 2012 with service request no.-22100062C30095 and invoice no.-120120216B.

    they forward my mobile to banglore at company branch and this takes about 3 weeks untill returning to the deprosys.

    then that time i was very busy in my college doing coordination of a workshop so i said them to send mobile via coarier.

    they sent but coarier person lost my mobile in between.

    then they said to give new mobile but till now i have not received my mobile and its about 2 months going now.

    during all this also i repeatedly call by mobile to them but they picks it up after my 8-10 total calls also i went there at service center for asking them but

    no proper response made by them for this.

    kindly register my case and take the appropriate action against them.
