my self Suhas Shinde,living in Mumbai. I purchased a mobile ie FLY company e-300 from Mumbai (Dealer is Maharashtra Appliances, ranade road, Dadar (W) Mumbai 400028 Tel. 24370661). This phone
costed me 9400/- rs. When i started using this phone within 2 months phone is dead so i gave my phone to fly service center (Accel fontline ltd. , D-16, Commerce center, Tardeo, Mumbai) hey ook 4 moths to repair it. Again within 1 month the same problem with my phone so i aain gave my phone to same service center to rapair for that repair they took 3 months (i have all documents regarding repair of my phone with same service center) again within 1 month my phone had same problem so that time i contact to dealer from last 2 months my phone is with dealer he promised me that he will give me replecement once he offer me new phone in replace of my phone but that was deffrent model which is cost 4500/- so i denied to tak it. Now he asking me for My phone box for replacement but i don't have box coz in this one year period me lost taht phone box but i have all bills and acessaries of mobile. Now the dealer wa not givng me my phone and for replacement he wants my phone box . wha can i do sir ?
please do need ful so that i can be justified.....
