    Dear sir
    my self Suhas Shinde,living in Mumbai. I purchased a mobile ie FLY company e-300 from Mumbai (Dealer is Maharashtra Appliances, ranade road, Dadar (W) Mumbai 400028 Tel. 24370661). This phone
    costed me 9400/- rs. When i started using this phone within 2 months phone is dead so i gave my phone to fly service center (Accel fontline ltd. , D-16, Commerce center, Tardeo, Mumbai) hey ook 4 moths to repair it. Again within 1 month the same problem with my phone so i aain gave my phone to same service center to rapair for that repair they took 3 months (i have all documents regarding repair of my phone with same service center) again within 1 month my phone had same problem so that time i contact to dealer from last 2 months my phone is with dealer he promised me that he will give me replecement once he offer me new phone in replace of my phone but that was deffrent model which is cost 4500/- so i denied to tak it. Now he asking me for My phone box for replacement but i don't have box coz in this one year period me lost taht phone box but i have all bills and acessaries of mobile. Now the dealer wa not givng me my phone and for replacement he wants my phone box . wha can i do sir ?

    please do need ful so that i can be justified.....

    Have you the original bill ? Kindly share the full bill details with IMEI No., Job sheet details and your permanent address with a valid email id, so that we can guide you accordingly.

    Angry Sony ericsSons poor services

    Sear sir
    I have purchased a sony ericsson mobile model W350i on 16th may 2009.
    within 3 month there has been 2 times submission of service centre. one of change IMEI, then submission again on 4th Aug 2009 due to speker & camera not working. still now i have not got my set or they were continueing said "It will take 3-4 working days.
    i have also complaints to customer centre of sony ericsson. but no reply from them also.

    please do the needful and try to meke them punish for customer harrasment.

    I must say Sony ericsson is too poor to suffer customers.

    Dear Sir,

    To get any solution for your complaint kindly send a complaint letter to the Head Office of the Co. Send it through registered post and keep a copy of that letter also. Hope you will get any positive response from there.

    Hi
    I have purchased a fly DS100,, after 2 months set become faulty. Then i gave my phone to fly chandigarh sector 38 service center, now its near about 1 month the set is in service centre, when i want to know the status of my set they simply give sweet candy that "the set is in delhi for repair and we are waiting for courier you please call after 2 days"

    Kindly guide me what to do .

    sir, This is Ramesh Kumar, I am living in Delhi. My problem is this I Purchased a fly mobile Fly E-106, on 16 oct 2009. within 3rd week i was facing a problem of speaker, that was not working proberly. And other hand my phones Hands free was not working. I Purchased that phone from "The Moblie Store" (jwala hari market paschim vihar New Delhi 110063) First i went to the mobile store they told me that they couldn't do any think in this problem. They suggested to me that i should go to the fly service center, I went there
    Fly service center is situated at "Janak puri Distic Center" They submitted my Phone on 17 Dec 2009, till now they hadn't took any action on my phone. Please do something sir I am facing so much difficulties withot my phone. And the behaviour of fly service center Executive was also not good.

    Sir,
    I Vishal mudotia from Datia(M P),purchased a mobile in Bhopal Fly DS 200 on 10.12.2009 from Variety Mobile Collection,New Market,TT Nagar,Bhopal ,bill num:being724.Battery no:is 121004358 and IEMI no:356853030291522.Its display broke down so I submitted it in sevice centre named Anjalee Associates in M P Nagar Bhopal on 25.12.2009 job sheet no:074.Then I called many times to know when will I get my set but reply was we cannot say,when ready we will call you.I asked it is my set and I should know when will I get.In response they used vulgar language and called a girl on phone to abuse.So I complained in head office on 01204141640 and filed a complaint,its no: being 2010039.Then I got a call from service centre from a person called Mukesh to know the matter.I told him the incidence and requested him that the girl who abused should tell sorry.He told that cannot happen and I will let you know when your set is ready.Then again I called to head office and told them about update given to me.This time the person there named Anupam Singh misbehaved and told that girl who abused will not sat sorry and you do whatever you want .I told him that Iwant to talk to your senoir.He replied I am the whole and sole here.Again I called then some other guy picked up the call and told that I will get my set on saturday that is 16.01.2010. I called the service centre named Anjalee Associates.Mukesh picked up my call and told that my set is ready.Then I went there with my friend to collect my set.There office staffbeated us and told we have filed a police complaint against you.Somehow we escaped from there.
    I am a student and live alone in Bhopal.So due to fear I could not go to police station.My permanent address is #243,Behind Govind Ji Temple,Near Town Hall,Datia(M P).Mobile number being 8109293385 and email id is vishal_mudotia@yahoo.com.I am unable to disclose my local address due to fear of Anjalee Associates.I am fearful of police as well because of the way they behaved and told first go to police station.I fear police may support him and so have not gone to police station.
    Sir, guide me what to do so that I can get justice for their misbehavior and can get my set as well.

    hello sir .
    my self Ashraf Saifi. from haldwani (uttarakhand) i bought FLY DS-180 on 23th feb 2010 i saw its features on fly website flyphone.com where i saw it has 4 hours of talk time but when i bought it and took it home then i was reading user manual then i saw in manual it has talk time of only 2.5 hours but i bought this model because of its 4 hours talk time which i have got now only 2.5 hours... so now please tell me what should i do.
    i think they are providing wrong information on their website..

    Default Think before you buy FLY Mobile

    I bought a fly E106 in Oct 2009 and all of a sudden in Feb 2010 the second sim was not recongnised. I have sent it to an authorised service center in hyderabad on 16-FEB-2010 and till date (03-APR-2010) I did not get my phone back. So people think before you buy a FLY Mobile Phone.

    i am living in coimbatore-tamilnadu-india,i bought fly DS100 mobile on january after one month sim didnt insert, i gave my mobile to SRK MICRO MOBILE service center(FLY AUTORISED SERVICE CENTER), Its located in coimbatore(tamilnadu,india). i gave my mobile at 15 april 2010, but till date they didnt return to me. if i ask that service center, they are saying some unbelivable messages. im really sad. i can give that shop full address "shop No.37 Century Towers, 636, Sathy Road, G.P.Hospital Bus Stop, Gandipuram, Coimbatore-12". service center shop mobile number is "093455 26909". im very much impressed with fly mobile thats y i purchased, but now feel. these type of service may be spoil ur brand name. i need my mobile immediately pls try to help me, i have original bill, and original service job sheet also.
