    Angry charging problem

    As i have given my FLY MOBILE Model no:- E111ds to Vidarbha computer corp. nagpur ( authorised service center fly) on Dated 24.12.10. Job no:-340, the problem was the charging problem. As i have visited the vidharbha computer centre number of times but each time they give me the same reply that you will received the mobile in one week. And till today the complaint is still pending and almost 4 months have been passed. So kindly suggest me what to do?????????????? Kindly do the needful as soon as possible.

    Default about spares

    i have also same model, but there is a belt problem and bettery problem, my mobile totaly shut down, i am go to service center in ahmedabad gujarat but not available, when it is aavailable and it is available or not? i have allready inquired in service centre ahmedabad(Gujarat), India

    Question fLY DS 100 MOBILE Problem

    Dear Alll

    I have purchased Fly DS 100 mobile. It has worked smoothly for 4 months and after that while calling to others network fail is coming for particularly to BSNL sims and others networks it is working.

    Kindly suggest any solution for above.

    my self ANKIT,living in LUCKNOW. I purchased a mobile ie FLY company B406 from LUCKNOW (Dealer is GANPATI FLOOR SRI RAM TOWER,13,ASHOK MARG LUCKNOW,TEL.9839485566 email d-ganpat.mobile2003@gmail.com). This phone costed me 1800/- rs. When i started using this phone within week phone key paid not work, so i gave my phone to fly service center (fly service cener mobile.com ,SRI RAM TOWER,13,ASHOK MARG LUCKNOW)i look 2 moths to repair it. Again at date day evening when i got my mobile the same problem with my phone so i again gave my phone to same service center to rapair for that repair they took 1 months (i have all documents regarding repair of my phone with same service center) again within NEXT DAY my phone had same problem Now i have all bills and acessaries of mobile.i want replacement MY mobile ,what can i do sir ?

    Hello sir i purchase Fly DS160 Mobile on (30.10.10) in Saravana Stores at Chennai. My mobile fault on 30.8.2011. I give my mobile to the near service center (Purasai vakam kellys Road).     i have purchased fly mc 128 mobile from dombivli (E) my anme babau ramdev jaiswal i am getting so much probiem with your mobile.probiem is when iam starting bluetoth then my moblie automatic swicth of this is the problem then i went in thane men in black your serviec center then they told me this mobile sending in company come after 15 days then i told ok when i went there then they told everything is okay in mobile but they not did anything my mobile then iwent in kalyan now there taking my mobile before 23 days but they are not attending my call the no of your serviec center9322722142.

    i was purchase Fly b450 in month june 6,2011,from last 2month i am facing prob.regarding tracboll of my mobile
    continue 5-6 time had gone fly service centre in Nagpur but not getting any response from fly service centre Al-Raza in nagpur.i am unable to take advantage of my gurantee period of my mobile,Al -Raza told me he was getting my complaint but delay process Please take serious action on ......

    Arrow may be my moble has been lost

    Sir My Name is Vijay Kumar. I have purchased fly DS 151 mobile from Sai Communication, Sec-12 pratap Vihar Ghaziabad on 31/07/2011. after one month of purchasing there were some problems fined in the moble as for as on off problems, Memory card does not accept, charger not working etc. I deposit it in Shine Town Service center, 255, G.T. Road, behind HOT SPOT-SPICE, Nai basti Ghaziabad-201001, on 31/10/2011. I call him last 10 days they say there are no record of your mobile , I will search but now after 23 days i have not fined any positive response about my mobile.

    Please help me to fined my mobile from the service center:

    Shine Town Service center, 255, G.T. Road, behind HOT SPOT-SPICE, Nai basti Ghaziabad-201001

    Or give new mobile in the compensation of my mobile or back my money.

    Myself Umang Bhatt, I purchased Fly Mobile (FLY B-470) From Baroda. Problem with the mobile is, it’s network problem & internet is properly not working. I have handed over my handset to the service centre in sayajigunj Baroda(14.11.2011). My job sheet no is WIN11BVIS11872.Till today there is no response from your customer care. I have gone many times to service centre but repeatedly they say that THODA TIME OR LAGEGA.(10 SE 15 DIN TO LAGTAHI HAI AISA BATATE HAI), but till date they are not giving satisfactory answer. Kindly note the same & do the needful in the matter.

    Thumbs up complaint against Om communications (dealer)

    Sir,
    As per service report dated 12/11/11 ,I Abhishek jain submitted the fly handset to Om Communications the authorised dealer of Fly mobiles for the repair as the handset is under warranty period till 23/12/11.As he told that handset will be repaired within 14 days but till date the handset has not been repaired inspite of repeated reminders.So kindly solve the matter on urgent basis.

    Post Complaint against Fly Handset B450

    Dear Sir,

    My self Sandeep Singh. I bought Fly B450 on 04/03/2011 but it Track pad out of order in next 2 month when I visit to service centre, service centre unable to make available to parts and after so many complains they generate D.O.(Delivery Order) & replace by new one in 45 days of pain. This time again same problem arises and again service did the same & generated D.O.(Delivery Order) but now this time go through websites & read more about Fly B450 there is some manufacturing defect & company not producing it now & even no any dealer & shopkeeper don't have the same handset so I requested them for alternate of the same price of handset like Fly E321 or Fly E146. Firstly my request denied from service centre I reach to Fly customer care they take 15 days of time & ultimately very rudely replied we can't help you, then I reach to after sales head Amit Chauhan he assured me for the replacement but my request ids pending from last from last 15 days neither he pick my Phone nor replying on email. I also has drop the email to CEO of the company but there is no body replyed, no body cares how much in pain I am. I have no mobile I am completely depend upon this handset, from last 45 days I am just roaming here & there for replacement. Please help me out, I am in so trouble, should I go to Police please suggest. This is my only hope from you now. Please let me know what to do. I would be highly obliged to you. I am providing you the detail of chain communication and point of contact of the communication.
