I purchased W760i from patna in october 2008.my first problem occured in december 2008.the set was not charging nor could i listen music in headphones and there was an error message when i tried to connect net with my laptop.in short system connector of the set was not working properly.
i went to GRAPHLINE CARE ( 412, ashina plaza, budh marg, patna-1 ).they booked my complain with complain id-seo0937010054 on 4 jan 2009 and retured the next day telling that problem was solved.but all problems reappeared within 2 days but i had returned back to dhanbad.
for repairing purpose i again went to patna in february 2009 and again they booked my complain and said that they will send the set to chennai.i got back my set in april 2009.in this process they lost the walkman shortcut button and assured me that they will replace it.i went 3 times to patna but always they had an excuse that the button was not available.the button is missing till now.
now from last month same problem has appeared and along with that insert sim message comes on screen spontaneously for which i have to switch off the set and remove the battery and then restart the phone.this happens daily 3-4 times.
due to all these i m suffering a lots of mental tension and financial also as each time i have to go to patna to dhanbad.there's a lots of wastage of time.
so i want a permanent solution to this or please get my set replacad by another one.

Now the story ..
On Sep 9 I had given my bluetooth head set to be replaced/repaired to t he SAP service centre ar DADAR.In 4-5 days they replaced my product but " The Neck strap " was missing .So I did not collect the product and asked them to give it with the neckstrap.
After some days they told me that the neck strap is not available with Sony Ericsson and you have to take the product as it is.
I told SE customer care about this.
My Issues with SE Customer Suppport :
1 > My complaint was wrongly taken.
2 > Mr .Rahul Kumar Supervisor commits to give me a call on 8th Oct but does not call.
3 > Mr .Natish on 9th Oct says he cannot help me in this case.
Still if i call up I g et the same reply that my headset has been replaced, my complaint was never regarding the replacement of headset
After 9 Days of complaint the SE still doesnot have any idea about the "Neck strap" of the headset regarding which my complaint was.
I had called up more then 20 times same reply i get your headset has been reply inspite of telling them again and again that my headset was already replaced even before i complained to the customer care, i need the neck strap with it ( which they dont have any idea about "
I wanted to talk to some senior officer about this but they did not allow me to.The only senior officer I had talked to is Mr.Rahul Kumar (Supervisor) who seems to be lacking self dignity and has no value for his words.He doesnot stand by his words.He commits to give call back by 6 on 7th and 8th Oct which he doesnt.On 6th when i call back at around 7 then he calls me which he should have done by 6 Pm as committed.And on 6th OCT he again commits to call back on 7th OCT and then he will definitely solve my complaint but he never called back.
Finally on 8th OCT your executive Mr.Natish asks me to take the service centre in conference with him.( Now is that my job) .And when i told why i shoul take the service centre in conference he should be doing that he says, then he cannot help me out in this case then.
I pity on the inefficiency of the SE customer care .
I would appreciate whosoever reads this mail to take the matter with the senior management.I my self was searchin the email id of some of your senior officials but did not get them.
My final words SE Customer Care is useless ( I dont want to say that but my experience with them compells me to do that ).
And i hope i will get some solution to my complaint at the soonest.

I have sent this mail to questions.in@support.sonyericsson.com on oct 9 and havent yet got ne reply from them. Its more then 45 days now since my headset is lying with the service centre still they are not resolving my issue whenwver i talk to them they ask more and more time and even they dont provide email id or contact number of there senior officials so that i can get in touch with them.
Plz if u can help me in this issue...

i bought one sony ericcson phone,model given above on 19/3/2009.phone got complaint of key pad and gave to service centre at calicut.phone no-0495 2700909 on 1/12/2009. it tooks three week to get repaired.the phone was returned with tampered key pad.it was not i who went to collect the phone,so i couldnt point out the same on the spot.now the phone is having another complaint i.e my speech is not going out.if i give the phone in the same service centre which is 100km away from my town it will take another few weeks and i will have to go for stand by phone for the period.i bought the phoine from 3G mobile world s.bathery,wayanad.so please ask your dealer to replace another good phone or any other good solution from your side,please dont drag me to the legal side.

i went to dealer BHUSHAN ELECRONICS, MAIN ROAD RAXAUL .they keep my hand set with complain on 29-3-2010 and retured the next week telling that problem was solved.but they said to meet next week. this happens 3-4 times.

I had purchased a Sony Ericson mobile model :C905 having IMEI no 357602021723855 .... on dated 4th Sep.2009. I had invested Rs 27200.00 by purchasing that mobile. During 5 months after purchasing the mobile it had some or other issues. For that I went tobapuji nagar,orissa sony ericsson service center of 3 times. The service center is around 120 km from the place where I am staying. And more over I had to submit it more than 15 days everytime to get it repaired. The mobile is there for service is more rather than it's with me. It also had some diffect few days back and the customer representative informed me that he can't repair for the fourth time and they will exchange my cell. But they are not providing any certain time frame or money for the exchange.
As per my current business the mobile is must and I have to search for a spare mobile while it was in the service center. Which hampers my business. I am mentally harashed by going to service center again and again which also cost me some money everytime I went to the service center. I have invested 27K for the mobile and it's not a small amount and still then I am suffering. I realised that I have taken a wrong decession to go for Sony Ericsson brand. And I am sure it's also a bad reputation for your company.
I am requesting you take some action either to refund the money or provide me another mobile of same price. I am expecting a reply soon. If I will not get any response within 3-4 days I have to file a mental harashment case on ur company.

After 2days my phone return back to service centre. now my phone is not working, because white display and hanging. i was goes to service centre in ambattur, he was taking the phone and he says your mobile ready to next 2days, they you will collect, after 3 weeks still now my phone is not ready i will call the service centre no response for any bodies (My Mobile is One year warranty)

I purchased a sony w595, IMEI number 358424031235245, from Kozhikode on 15/01/10. With in the first six months of purchase the first problem occurred with my phone. The phone turned off and didn't switch on after that. I gave it for servicing and the phone started working again. Soon after that, within a span of two months the same problem occurred to my phone. Again i had to give it for servicing which took another week to get repaired. Two weeks ago again my phone switched off on its own and stopped working. Following which i had to give it for servicing again.
This has caused a lot of inconvenience to me and staff in the service center has not given me any guarantee that the same problem wont occur again. So i want a permanent solution to this or please get my set replaced.

I have bought a sony ericsson mobile model no. w595 on 7th march 2009, but after 20 days of purchasing my mobile got switched off automatically due to technical fault and does not switch on after, when I move to service center they had taken a time of 20 days to make it and hand over it to me.
After few days I observe the problem of over heating of mobile then again I visited the service center then they taken 1 day time for that.
Again after few days the display of my mobile stop working and again I visited to service center for the resolution of the problem. After changinging of the display they handed the my mobile to me on other day.
So I faced problem 3 times during within 9 months for which I requested them to change my handset completly but do not do so and finally after three months of completion of the warranty period my mobile stop working. For this I have mailed to sony ericsson support I have not got any reply.
Every time I have to visit new service center because the previous service center gets closed.
I also visted consumer court regarding this, where a advocate suggested me that since the warranty period is over nothing can be done.
Kindly Help me out.
So I suggest people not buy sony ericsson mobile phone if want to save their "Health and Wealth"
