Dear Sir,
i Purchased the new phone of Sony erricsson c 510 on 28 jun 2009 and shocked to see the performance of the sony phone ..After 15 days of purchase the phone response was distatorous.the phone starting hanging ,network problem ,restart problem ,cametra problem ..following this i submitted my phone to lajpat nagar service centre. on 31 july and got the [hone back around 16 aug ..after 3-4 visits..i was shocked to see that the phone was merely software updated and the network,hanging ,connector problem still existed ..i had continuous mail chat with sony centres ,again and again ..at last i had to resubmit my phone on 26 aug 2009 ..the phone was having serious network problem..i m fed up of communicating with service centres ..i have asked them for compensation (money back) or new phone ..Nw i want money back because i knw the service ceentreis not doing anything i was still runnning on serviuce battery from last submittion ..i m forwarding u the details ..kindly look into the matterv as i knw theses guys are not going to do anything ..i want my money back as i have gone under lots of harrasment last time as i had to vist around 3-4 times ..details are:
