My problem is as follows:
I had purchased a samsung s 379 cdma phone from a reliance web world on
11-8-2009 and according to the website samsungcdma.in/ the
handset has feature of speedial upto 99 numbers. I also contacted the
customercare of samsung and they confirmed that the phone has this feature.
I told them thia feature ius not working and there are also other bugs in
it. they asked me to wait for 24 working hours but even after that I did not
get their call i contacted them again and they again said to wait for
another 24 working hours (3 days) even after that they did not contact.
After repeatedly making calls to them I was told that the information given
by them about the phone is not correct and the phone has this problem of not
supporting this particular feature I asked them if the company is displaying
incorrect information and is also providing incorrect information then the
company should either correct this problem or should take back the product
but they refused to do so and said they cannot do anything about it. I asked
for their senior person they said they cannot give me any more information
and shuffeled me from here to there. I want to lodge a complaint against the
company for misinformation and misguiding the customers and harrasing them.
I have also sent several mails to the company official email id but have not
