    Default Complain against Motorola - Poor Service

    Sir

    My mobile is made of motorola & it not working, as it is under gurantee, i
    submited it to service center,
    i submitted it on 23rd June 2009 .
    they say call us nxt week...and so on...now it is 24th Aug 2009...
    after this long 62 days..my mobile is not repaired yet...& i cant get back
    it...
    For this kind of poor service, where it take 2 months to repair a mobile...
    i want to make a complain...
    pls look into the matter & help me out...

    Motorola Z6 General model handset was given at Vikas Marg, New Delhi service centre for repair nearly 20 days back. I was earlier given Work order number 02464 then 2651...They have called us twice at their service centre. But when we went there checked the handset we found that the same was not repaired at all. Our residence is nearly 15 miles from service centre. It has become very difficult to deal with them. The staff at service centre is not able to control the load and their response is very poor. The handset is under warranty.

    Till date, the status is unknown. I do not know whom to talk to on this

    Default Motorola Rocker E6 complaint

    Dear Ashish Sir,

    i here by submitting my Complaint. Iam using Motorola Rocker E6. But some days ago
    side lock of the phone was not working after that taking out time from my busy
    schedule.
    i have given my handset to Redington Service Centre of Motorola at Vadodara. At
    there i have submitted my Phone and faced problems are.

    1) After taking out the side lock Key by Redington Engineers after that camera was
    not working

    2) The unlock code which was given temporary in the manual book, i have tried to
    unlock that but it doesn't work.

    At the first time in warranty period i have faced the problem of not working Touch
    Screen after that Second time i am facing this problem. But at this time when they
    have solved the problem which i have indicated, But they have now raised the
    New problem of my Memory Card was not read by the Phone and there were damage in the
    circuit in that so they have to replace that By PAYING FOR THAT REPLACEMENT.

    But when i have given my phone to solve out the problems at that time Memory Card
    was deduting by phone and i can access tto memory card easily But after solving out
    problems tha call come from Redington and Raising new problems and for solving these
    new problems i have to pay the amount when the actual Bill was made by themby
    hearing this i am confused.

    And asking you people what should i have to do for further.

    Angry Redington Poor Poor Service

    I have purchased a motorola rokr e8 mobile three months back and now the mic part is not working.

    i went to the motorola authorized service center - Redington (I wonder why Motorola has given the opportunity to the people like REDINGTON....A Bunch of IRRESPONSIBLE ...people sitting together)... located at Alwarpet chennai....

    The person i met there just checked the phones warranty availability and simply told me to call after 4 days for the status....

    He didn't even check the problem i told is correct ....

    when i asked him why he need 4 days to check the problem, he replied that this is their procedure and they are the only company who provide support to MOTOROLA....
    (He meant there is no other go for you..whatever i say you accept....)

    Very irresponsible and they dont care about the consumers..

    If they can't handle the service then you can simply end your contract from Motorola.....


    When i was in their place there were 3 other customers and no one has taken back their mobile phone serviced and they were quarelling with the service persons.Finally the word from their mouth
    was NEVER BUY MOTOROLA MOBILE PHONE....

    I think Redington is given money from the competitors of Motorola (Nokia or Samsung) to spoil the name of moto by providing worst service...


    I found the answer why motorola is not a huge hit in India....

    PS: I got a samsung mobile too...even though i am not so satisfied with the phone i am very much impressed by the service they are providing....But in case of Moto i am very much satisfied with the Phone but the service is very very very very very POOR.....

    Default battery for v3i

    Since twenty days passed I am continuously phoning the REDINGTON INDIA LIMITED shifted at T.Nager chennai, regarding the battery for my mobile 3vi. I placed duplicate battery, but my mobile is not functioning, therefore its need original battery and the staff is asking me to wait.How long I have to wait for the battery. please advice them to supply the battery,after all I paid more then six thousand rupees and I am not in position to go for new one.

    Kindly treat this request as soon as possible.

    Default Redington Poor Service

    I had given my motorokr e6 for service - its touch screen was not working. This was given to motorola service centre - Redington in bangalore on infantry road. For two month they never called me. I had visited them thrice but everytime they gave some different reason of not getting this serviced. As per them the mother board for the phone was also not working. Recently i had to literally tell them to return the phone in whichever condition it was in. It was then they repaired the phone. When i asked for a bill of repair they refused and told me that since they have put a part which they had ordered for someone else they can not give me any proof of the part change.
    At the end of all this the person there says that they do work all customers do is talk, its the work which counts and not words. He told me that i can complain to anyone whom i wish to as no one can have any impact on him.
    People they dont care ..... i just wish there was a proper consumer forum for these complaints ... purchasing Nokia was a big mistak of my life ... i wish no one has to go to redington again

    Default WORST MOTOROLA SERVICE by REDINGTON SERVICE IN CHENNAI T.NAGAR BRANCH

    I went Couple of weeks back to service my Mobile for display problem.They told me we need to change the spare part strip and they informed me it is not available and they told me they will get back to me within a day one or two.After that nothing happened.

    Then I have followed with them more than 5 times and they told me spare part is ready and asked me to come to the service center.I went on 7/1 and the in-charge guy told me the all the employees on leave come to center on next day sharply @ 10.This guy refused to take the mobile by giving me the work order sheet.Then I bare with him , went on next day July/2/2010 at 10:30 , then he gave me lame excuse like people not there ,and asked me to come after some time.I totally upset with your service & and that idiot sitting in the T.nagar branch.For just 200 service charge, I have spend 500 rs to come to service centre for three day because of that dump fellow.

    I never seen any irresponsible idiot like him in customer service industry and they way he deal with the customer is horrible.I don't know who is person who has recruitted him and provide the franchise on the name Motorla/Redingto.Really that fellow might have shit instead of brain in his head


    I like to take the action on that idiot or fire him out.I hope you will take an necessary action to maintain your brand

    Angry terriable product

    I bought a cell phone from best buy. The manufacturer is motorola. After three months of owning the phone the speaker stopped working. I tried returning the phone to best buy. The carrier is boost mobile and they don't do exchanges and because the carrier is boost best buy couldn't exchange the phone. So the best buy associate called motorola. Motorola said that I would have to pay to send the phone to them so they could try and repair it. So in the mean time I would be without a cell phone. I totally lost my cool and I smashed the phone. I run a small business and my phone is a necessity. The solution here was very clear give me a new phone and keep my business.Needless to say that I'll never and i mean never buy another phone made by motorola. Motorola was once a company that made great products but now their fighting to stay in business. So do yourself a favor and don't buy any of the products made by motorola. When I decided to write this complaint I came across tons of complaints about motorola products. So save yourself the frustration because I've already went through it for you.
