Dear Sir\Team\Administrator,
I have purchased a mobile handset of Sony Ericsson from Univercell, Marathalli, Bangalore 37 on 03 Mar 2009.
It was giving intermittment problem throughout till now, last one months, it was not storing any contacts, audibility was less and so on. Around 10 days back, the mobile which was working till night, in the morning, was only showing logo of sony ericsson and blank screen only.
Then, we tried to contact Shrishti Services, who is an Authorized Service Centre for Sony Ericsson, in the address, No 72/1, Airport Road, Domlur, Bangalore.
Then, he requested to wait for three days and requested us to pay Service Charges Rs. 350, then we waited to have a feedback, then they told, even though we replaced one small part, then also, it is not getting repaired.
Then, again, we went in personal to the centre, to know more of the details, then they told, it is having physical damage in spite, it was not fallen down, it was not met with watery liquid stuff, phone is in in tact good condition, no body will rest assure the same statement.
They told, we have to replace entire PCB, which will cost 75% of the product cost, imagine what could be our shocking and the suffering at the time.
The engineer was so reluctant and not at all customer oriented and responsive, talking on only one statement in rash manner.
Then, we asked the centre to give it in writing with seal of the centre and requested for Registration Number for the centre, so as to file a legal suit or go through consumer court proceedings. That person, was so intelligent, denied the request and told to come back to them on another day, as his manager was attending a court case on the same kind of issues.
It is hardly not even five months, but the warranty has been denied for this model repair/replacement, imagine what kind of service, Sony Ericsson to offer in the market still surviving and looting the entire world of innocent people across.
We request you to kindly take up this case in positive spirit and proceed to any legal advise for us and help us in getting repaired or replaced for this unit.

Kindly give us further information as to where to proceed for legal battle against Sony Ericsson/Authorised Service Centre for this reckless service and in turn to solve our mental torture, stress and to save our hard earned money of Rs. 4100 as per bill no: PB. MT/6393 dated 03/Mar/2009 with UKA Number: 239937 with UniverCell.
