I had bought a Samsung CDMA Mobile Handset with the following details:
Model: SAMSUNG MAX (F679)
Date of Purchase: 27/07/2008
SL. No.- 1CDF9A09

Complaint Nature: HANG ON SAMSUNG

The handset has been problematic since the begining and has been submitted atleast twice for repair till April'09 but for no use.

Finally, the handset was re-submitted to Service Centre "Beecham's Vision" in CP for replacement on 1st May'09 after consultation with the Area Service Manager (Mr. Ansari) with a assurity of handset replacement / refund within 15 working days.

Subsequently I have been following up for last 3 months but for no reply.

I have also registered a complaint at their helpline, complaint reference number being "8409099252". However shockingly there has been no response from their side also (Each time they assure of a call back but it has never come).

I have also written several mails to the support india email id which I could get from their website but for no success.

I believe this matter/issue has tested out my patience with utter non-replying atitude from "M/s Samsung India" which I thought should be highlighted.

I would request your help to take up the matter and help me resolve the issue.
