    Smile complaint on samsung mobile phone J-210

    Respected Sir,
    i purchased samsung mobileJ-210 on 13/01/09 from Big bazar,Visakhapatnam,Andhra Pradesh Work order No:G-866 , Sl.No-R3VQ304929Z,358221/01/105912/8.i gave my phone to samsung service centre on 24/07/09 but still there is no proper response given to me regarding the complaint lodged.
    So,please help me to get my phone as soon as possible or replaced with a new one.

    Dear Mr. Sharma,

    Kindly provide us the details regarding your handset like the cost of the handset, its IMEI number, name and address of the Service Centre, as soon as possible. Also inform us that the handset is having what kind of defect.

    Default complained samsung mobile service center

    Res. Sir,
    I' m here to inform u that i had purchased a handset L700, IMEI: 358224022200368, S/N: RW7S605800E as on Date: 11th,August,2009. I had Submit my handset as on Date: 14th,August,2009 regarding Complaint Notes: DISPLAY WHITE, Job No: 208-09-03434-001 for DOA. Till now i haven't receive any confirm date & Centre-In-Charge Mr. Satish & Ms. Rinky both are giving me date to date....As on 11 september 2009 i had talk to Ms. Rinky, she comment me to response in 10mins., but after that her mobile was going switch-off. Nobody is giving a responsible response.
    Plz look into the matter & help me in solving this problemASAP.........

    Default very poor service

    myself bikash..i purchased the handset on 20/11/1010..the details of my handset is-Samsung PH B 7722 PEARL BLACK..costing 11,000 only..being under the warranty period i have given my phone for continuous service...there are many problems..the major is the repeated switch on-off within every hour..i had given the phone to the service center- CAPITAL ENTERPRISE (P)LTD,12 J.L NEHRU ROAD,KOLKATA 700013.AS i said the service is very very poor..they do not give proper replies or solution to the problems.even their contact number remains out of reach.please help!
