    Respected Sir,

I Purchased a mobile phone model-SCH-W619 On the date of 18th July 2008 for
Rs 15000/- from your show room..
From the day 1 of the purchase it was a defected piece.
I visited your service center in Hi-tech Chennai, for a solution to my
problem. They said that the problem was in the speaker and they took my
    order.
After about 15 days the called me up and changed my speaker and gave my cell
back with a very bad shape, and told me if u face the same problem we will
exchange the mobile. After that i have not been able to use the set for more
than one day due to the defected piece. but the problem continued.
Further i submitted them to be send to the service center for correction.
After about 10 days they told me that they had not been able to send the
    phone because of some reason.
I submitted my phone again on 13/07/2009 with work order no.WATKHHP0022.
More than a month has passed and I have not got the phone or any call from
    them.
When I called or tried to reach them they are not answering my call, and
repeatedly telling me , that they will give back the same cell phone, which
I am wanted to go for the complete exchange offer ,so that no more facing
    any problem in further

Please help me if u can.

    Regards,

    Rebecca

    Dear Ms. Rebecca,

In case of Mobile handsets, if we are not satisfied with the responses or the services of service centre, we can lodge our complaint with the head office of the Mobile Co. for the same. Pls. send a complaint letter to the Head Office of the Co. with the copy of purchasing bill and job sheet card.

    Default Samsung E-250i

    Respected Sir,

I have purchased a Samsung Mobile model Number E-250i on 12-July-2009. exactly after one month i got a problem that some keys are not working properly. i went to samsung service center and lodged a complaint on 20-Aug-2009. the next day i.e on 21-Aug-2009, they said that due to rust( rust = salt due to sweat) some keys are not working and some part is also damaged. the service center people are saying that warranty doesn't cover problems due to Sweat/Water.

But what i argue is, the keypad that the samsung mobile E-250i consists is the worst one. because it has the provision to enter little amounts of sweat into the mobile through the keypad. while we talk we have to keep the handset near the Ear, sometimes we may speak around more than a hour. in that duration some sweat may come due to Indian Climatic conditions. that little amount of sweat gradually went into the phone and damaged some parts.

My opinion is, the samsung company has to take measures to make the keypad not to allow sweat like things, because sweat is a general problem when we keep the handset near to our Ear.

I have another samsung mobile of different model, its keypad is different that no liquid can go thru that one. since 5 years i have used N no.of models(Nokia, Motorola) but i haven't experienced this type of sweat entering into phone through the keypad........but for the Samsung E-250i model why they have put like that.

I mean to say that when we talk while walking certain amount of sweat will be produced and the hand set will be near to the Ear, so that atleast some amount of that sweat will definitely stick on to the hand set.

How can they say that its problem due to WATER/Liquid. they are saying that what ever it is, "they dont do free service damaged due to Water/Liquid".

"But this doesn't come under their norms". This problem is different/not related to Liquid/Water problem.
if the handset got dipped into liquid type things due to my negligence they can say that this doesn't comes under their norms/rules.

I argue that the damaged happened to the parts inside the mobile is not due to my negligence. the company manfactured the keypad like that.

If i put my own money and get it done, again the problem arises, i asked service center people for the solution, they have given ridiculous answer that the solution to this problem is using "EarPhones".
I question "why the company made that type of phones" or The company has to mention that
    "USE ONLY EARPHONES"....

I strongly believe that this damage is only due to the company's worst keypad manfacturing.

They are saying that spare part costs of Rs.1000/- (Mobile cost is 4000/- & one month back only i have purchased that mobile.)

Sir please help me in this regard.
