Hi

This is in refrence to a FLY Handset which i had purchased on 01/03/09 MRP- 7650/-rs.

After one month i found a problem with the touch panel and in the batterry of the
same mobile for which i have visited the branch in the month of April and they had
not given any reciept for that and repair my handset.

Just after 15-20 days again the same problem occurs for which i had inform the Head
of Sales and service of Fly mobile company Mr.Arun Saxena(9310398031) email
id-arunsaxena@meridiantelecom.com and Mr Ashutosh (9350123338) but due to shortage
of time i had submitted my handset at Janakpuri service center they take 5 days to
remove that problem and commited that i will not face any problem in future.

But again 10 days after repairing the handset i found the same problem so again i
informed Mr Arun Saxena about the problem and i had arranged time and visited the
branch and got new Handset but again after 5-10 days the same problem occurs with my
handset so this again i have informed them about the problem but they are saying the
same thing that they will replace the handset.

But who will take the gurantee this time that i will not face the problem in future
so i want some action to be taken as it affects my buisness and my important calls
as i am unable to make any single call that mobile is totally useless for me.

Kindly look into this matter and do the needfull as i want 1000000/-rs as a
rembursement as it causes loss in my buisness and my important calls and loss of
time as well.
