Am one of the FRUSTRATED customers of sony ericsson.
I bought a Sony ericsson mobile phone, model G900 (my biggest mistake
in my life) on August 16, 2008.
I am strugling with it on several issues since August, 2009.
The plastic sheet over the panel slipped out.
Phone getting restarted every now and then (even after perfect
software updates/reinstallations)
My phone display started troubling on the 365 th day, i bought the
product. (wat a trustworthy product.. shit!)
When i walked in to the service center, it was closed for the day.
then i walked in today (August 17, 2009) they telling that the
warranty period is over (remember they were closed on the days) and
the display should be replaced and it costs ~3k. am not ready to pay
for this.
There was not even a single physical damage with the phone. I must
want u people to take this issue seriously and do me something from ur
side. (atleast now) depending on ur response i wil proceed further.
you people are answerable to me for your bull shit product that works
only until the warranty period.
