    my self arindam roy from kolkata i purched a micromax x114 mobile on 06.12.09 . but i faciong a problem with my mobile on13.05.2010 and i gave it to our nearest service center at bubli media center 242,A vivakanada road kolkta -700006 on 14.05.2010. they said me theay return my mobile within 5 days after 5 days when i called them they said my mobile's mother board is damaged and need to be repair that is why they send my mobile to their service center they told me they can retrun this after 15 days,after 15 days i called them then they take another 15 days after this 15 days they take another next 15 days . now today is 15.07.2010 i again call them they call me they need another 15 days. and in this service center all customer care executive's behaviour is too rought . what can i do right now as a student this mobile is essential for me please tell me and mail me in my email id :arindam.roy.1985@gmail.com . my personal mobile no. 0339433439435(kolkata) micromax job sheet no. is 233206

    Hello,
    We have gone through your complaint and suggest you to send a written notice via registered post to the CMD of micromax, mention all the details in it, attach photocopy of all the supporting document and ask them for the product in working condition or refund within the mentioned time in the notice.
    Wait for their response and revert us back.
    Note: Keep all the copy of Complaint, Notice and the registered post slip, this may help you if you need to knock the consumer forum.

    Hii Every1, am Suman here from hyderabad, i caution everybody plz dont buy MAX Q5, i have bought it last week from the next day i found that the battery life is very less, when caontacted the service centre they said the handset has to be sent to the head office and it will be delivered back after 2 months once it is repaired.

    sir,
    i have purchased micromax cdma phone c112 on april2010, but this it is working properly, it shut sown after full charging, shut down when we talk, and another proble that i have lost earphone lead and i am not finding its earponhone any shop.

    Dear Sir/Mam,


    I am really cheated by your company before 10 days i had purchase a Micromax Q1 mobile from Ganpati Mobiles(Sri Ram Tower,Lucknow)and now i am facing problem in it,automatically the mobile is getting turn off....and the mobile LCD in also fluctuating,i don't know wht is the problem i checked the battery of my mobile and i found the Q3 battery placed in my mobile in place of Q1....i can't understand wht can i do????plz advice.........

    If you are able to replace the mobile then please give me your service center add.in lucknow.

    Unhappy Micromax Q5 trackball problem

    Hi,

    Myself Sanjiv from belgaum i have purchese Micromax Q5 mobile handset in march 2010 but within 3months the track ball is not working properly .Is it a faulty mobile. pls give me a suggestion what to do for replacement.

    Unhappy Cheated by Micromax Service Center - Secunderabad

    To whom so ever it may concern,

    I bought Micromax Q5 in March and had some problem with it since July. So I found out the service center and went there on 11th August, 2010 at 06:15 PM to repair my phone. It is located at Shop No31,Charmas Opp Hardy Complex,Mg Road, Secunderabad - 500003. I showed the phone was the only person left as the shop closes at 07:00 PM so the person opened the phone in front of me and took out the battery and SIM card but didn't take out the memory card and repaired it in front of me. I had a software missing in my phone so told him to install it so the person told me that will do that. All of sudden my colleague came and took out my memory card from the phone and told that will need it to do that. Then I had to wait for 15 mins for the repair to complete and then the person came and handed over my phone and went inside. I found out that my memory card was missing so told him about it. He said that it was given to me when took out the battery and SIM card. I argued with him that the other person came and took out in front of me but he told that it was his memory card. How can his memory card be in my phone and they just kept telling lies after lies and showed me the memory card of his phone which had his personal files. In the span of 15 mins, anyone can format/copy and upload files in a memory card. I had my personal banking details and photos which can be misused by them. I didn't except that this will happen with me and Micromax and hired such people who don't repair but steal. I asked for a bill for the service and was not given that. i even asked for their name but they denied to give it but the name of the manager there is Raju. It may be a small memory card but it values a lot to me and more over my data can be misused. I had to request to stop all my bank and credit cards transactions. I want this issue to be take up very seriously because this is a theft and will lead to hackening my bank and credit cards and misusing them.

    I hope that this is the right place where I can get justice. Hoping for a positive result.

    my mobile micromax Q55 is not to be attached to the laptop as a modem how can we use this phone there is no driver cd available on the micromax box

    Post Problems encountered in New Micromax Q1 mobiles

    please don't buy any micromax mobiles. These mobiles are worthless. Go for branded mobiles such as Nokia, Sony and Samsung. Even i say China mobiles are better than Micromax mobiles. I bought Q1 on 28/08/2010 and i encountered a problem on 30/08/2010. Without headset i am unable to use this phone now. After all the quality of the Micromax mobiles are not up to the mark. They are trying to capture the market by sponsoring cricket tournaments. But actual customers never go with advertisements, always go with quality of the brand.

    Angry Micromax Q5C FM not working

    I have purchased micromax Q5c handset on 14th Aug 2010. Whenever i want to start the FM, the mobile gets hang. If i removed the headset the mobile will start working. I contacted the Micromax service centre of Chembur Naka. They inspected handset and kept with them for more than 15 days but there is no any solution. They tell me that there is problem with FM Jack and currently they are not having Q5C FM jack with them. I bring my handset and tell them to call back me after they receive their material (FM Jack). They are saying that the material will be coming from delhi, till now no resolution. I am really very fadeup with the service from Micromax.
    I want resolution as early as possible...
