Sir,
this is to inform you that my name is navin jaiswal & i am presently working in vodafone as a customer care executive.
on dated 12/03/2010, i purchased a micromax q3 from a shop, the problem in that handset is low voice quality, as if i am at road side, when anyone make me call , i am not able to listen.
after that , i went to service centre & they told that it will be resolve within 2 days.
after 2 days, i visit to service centre & the problem yet not resolved.Then i make use of handsfree.
now again i visited to service centre on 14/05/2010 ragarding handfree problem, the service executive took my old handsfree & told me that it will be replaced within 15 days.
after 15 days, i sent my office boy to the service centre after sending the service jobsheet.
the service executive name is ajay singh & he told that plz contact after 10th june 2010, after listening with these type of words , my office boy make me call & he transfer the call to executive.
then i told him , what type of service you are giving, it is very emabarassing to me that this boy misbehave with me.
also, in jobsheet, the contacts that were written are not contactable.
can you believe that after doing work in vodafone, i promote micromax because of excellent net surfing, battery backup.
Now, if this kind of things were happening to me so how i can promote this type of worthless .
being a customer care executive, i know that what type of service a customer wants .
