    Default worthless service

    Sir,
    this is to inform you that my name is navin jaiswal & i am presently working in vodafone as a customer care executive.
    on dated 12/03/2010, i purchased a micromax q3 from a shop, the problem in that handset is low voice quality, as if i am at road side, when anyone make me call , i am not able to listen.
    after that , i went to service centre & they told that it will be resolve within 2 days.
    after 2 days, i visit to service centre & the problem yet not resolved.Then i make use of handsfree.
    now again i visited to service centre on 14/05/2010 ragarding handfree problem, the service executive took my old handsfree & told me that it will be replaced within 15 days.
    after 15 days, i sent my office boy to the service centre after sending the service jobsheet.
    the service executive name is ajay singh & he told that plz contact after 10th june 2010, after listening with these type of words , my office boy make me call & he transfer the call to executive.
    then i told him , what type of service you are giving, it is very emabarassing to me that this boy misbehave with me.
    also, in jobsheet, the contacts that were written are not contactable.
    can you believe that after doing work in vodafone, i promote micromax because of excellent net surfing, battery backup.
    Now, if this kind of things were happening to me so how i can promote this type of worthless .
    being a customer care executive, i know that what type of service a customer wants .

    Angry I felt that i have done a very big mistake in ma life by buying micromax mobile...

    My colleagues warned me so many times to buy a Nokia phone..But i didn't hear their words n bought a Micromax Q55 bling mobile from "WAVETEL" - CHENNAI(T.Ngr)) to give as a gift to my sister...Results of that, very first day itself i got a problem in that damn mobile. The same "headset" profile problem as ppl mentioned above..If i remove headphones from mobile it'll remains in Headset mode itself, even i cant it change manually by choosing other profiles. It only shows customize option instead of showing both select and customize option. Then i went to service center, they told that we'll give doc certificate. with help of that i can replace n get new mobile.After getting the Doc, Original bill, n job sheet copy. Now am waiting for getting new mobile...lets see how many days it'll take to get new mobile from shop...


    really am very much frustrated...



    Guys those who are thinking abt buying any new mobile phones, please do "GOGGLE" search about that particular mobile what u like before u buy....(eg. "Micromax q55 problems" etc.,)

    Exclamation Micromax Q5 Trackball response problem

    HI. everyone.....this is to inform that this mobile has a trackball which lights up the display when it is scrolled even the slightest .Thus it causes more battery usage when it is in ur pocket...plz. help solve the issue

    Angry can't play motion sensor games on pc using micromax gamolution g4

    I bought a micromax gamolution G4 mobile phonefor Rs 4900 from cell planet mobile shop on 11.4.2010.When i purchased the mobile, shopkeeper told me that i will be able to play motion sensor games in computer, afterinstalling the CD and connecting the phone to computer.i asked him to test it but he said “donot worry it will work on your computr”and did not tested it. But when i tried at home after following all the instructions, the computer displayed “ THE SOFTWARE IS HARMFUL FOR THE COMPUTER , PLEASE UNINSTALL IT ”,and then “AUTOMATICALLY SWITCHED OFF ” .I tried many times but the problem persisted.Also the video playback is not smooth. I went to “ micromax smatservice”,but they could not solve my problem and issued me a “DOA CERTIFICATE”, so that shopkeeper would give me a new handset.When i went to shop, he received the mobile handset and told me to come after 15 days, then again after 10 days.When he gave me new handset i asked him to test the mobile,but the same problem persisted,then he called someone from company to solve the problem but he couldn’t solve it and the problem persisted. I said the shopkeeper “SOLVE THE PROBLEM,THEN I WILL TAKE THE MOBILE PHONE ” .
    Till now he has not solved my problem and not given me my mobilephone and when i ask him he says, come after 10 days,then again after 7days and delaying .

    Thumbs down Poor Service

    I have a Q5 phone, after one month of puchase the ear phone not working.I have given to my nearest service centre for repair or replacement.I have asked to call to the service centre after 2 wks,when I called one lady said they r not getting any ear phone from last 3 months so they r helpless and asked me to call to the Cus.service.My IMEI 1 No.910040050097042 & IMEI 2 No. 910040050302046.

    hi

    i had micromax x250 mobile in this phone lot of problems are there. phone is not audible when the earphones connected and the main problem is battery backup is the worst compare to other phones. earing voice is also very low in this phone. i am suggesting to all pls do not buy this phone.

    HI ,
    Im from tirunelveli . ibought micromax q2 mobile in Univercell ,sripuram,Tirunelveli,Tamilnadu on march 13,2010 .In which i faced lot and lot of problem.
    1.when Im trying to send group message it shows that group is empty,even though there are 6 members added in every groups.
    2.when im using msn or yahoo msngr the mbl gets restarted auttomatically for every 15 minutes

    when i gave complaint about my mobile in the shoroom they kept the mobile with themselves for 2 weeks and later they gave it to me by saiying that the os has reinstalled .and now there will b no prblm in it.But when i check the mobile i came to know that they r lying.Because my user defined templates will not b chngd in tat and reminders in tat will remains there . Then how it is possible that they reinstall os .??? they try to cheat me . so i argue with them and replace tat mobile with the new one on april 10 2010 .

    But still the complaints remains there in my mobile .So i contact the service center"M/S Mobile Gallery

    They gave me an irritating responce . Thay said that "plzz upgrade to q5 mobile ,since q2 has low memory ,it does not suits u for browsing or using messengers. then for group message,they asked me to save the message initially in drafts and then send using caller group.But there is no drafts in q2 model.
    Even all china mobiles will b perfect ,But the micromax is very very worst in service and product quality

    So i request each and every guyz to prefer any other standard mobile rather than choosing the standard less product like this . Im heavily worrying for buying this micromax q2.plz be aware about this

    so i need replacement of my phone as for further problem i have been facing since 1-2 months. i taken my mobile to service centre as they say that there is no problem and cannot be replaced."how can they judge the problem without analysing it"
    i sent a registered post today with copy of bill,job sheet and an application at the head office.now im waiting for approval of replacement.
    Due to my examinations i am not able to go to the customer care.I dnt want my mobile to be repared bec problem exists after that.
    SO plz solve my problem so that i can be able to use my mobile bec i hv no other mobile to use .

    I am attaching the mail which i had sent to micromax

    Dear sir/madam.

    This is with regard to the purchase of micromax mobile(H-360) in chennai in the month of feb. I had frequent network disconnectivity problem and had given to service at V connect solutions chennai.(29/05/2010- Customer jobcard no:284415). I was told that i will be called once the mobile is ready, but never called me even once. furthermore i had to follow up with them for the readiness,Finally they told me that the spare parts are not available i need to wait till monday. Till tuesday i did not receive any response and i had to call them up again. they ordered me to come with the system cable, i refused them as i am staying 50kms away from the city. when i went to their shop (after 20days) i was shocked to see the mobile not being repaired and returned back to me (now the mobile is not even switching on) stating that i did not give the cable. It was really humiliating the way they treated me. my mobile harware was not good (network connectivity, 3MP camera does not even have mimimum clarity, sound clarity is absurd, loud speaker did not function properly, wrong world timings shown.This is my last experiance i shared with you, i had even more frustrating experiance with Deprosys 'Technologies before going to V-connect. ( I donot want to explain here).

    Kindly ask your best customer support executive to call me as i feel totally frustrated and humiliated. I never had such an experiance with any of my product i had purchased so far. Also please dont tell me to go to V-connect solutions once more.

    Looking forward for your co-operation.

    hence all of the problem i mentioned to the micromax service centre so today i got a new handset box.thanks to Mr.bhopal (regional service manager,micromax) he understand my problem and given approval to change the handset.
    thanks micromax and thanks MR.Bhopal singh.It was not expected by micromax service that they will change the handset bt its done.

    Date of Purchase:27 Feb 2010.

    There is problem with the Charging Cover. Its not working anymore after a month of purchase. I had given it to Service Centre Roshnara Road, Near Pulbangash Metro Station, Delhi on 26 April. Job Order No: RR-97. Till date they have not returned it. Neither they are ready to talk to me Mr. Rohit and Harpreet Mob: 9650080452, 9650080451.
    Customer Service is very poor. Its 2 months now I didn't get it repaired back from them.

    I even talked to Gurgaon. Mr Pankaj: 0124-4811000. No satisfactory answers. Now Finally I am writing to you. Please help. Thanks

    I am atish kumar gupta.i brought a micromax q5 fb and ihave problem in my handset so i give it to
    micromax service center on 13/6/2010 address near police thana ,at bhajanpura delhi -53 to sameer telecom. He said to me that you may take your phone on 20/6/2010 then i call him ask about my phone
    so he replied that he send my phone to micromax company.i can take my phone on 27/6/2010 and then i cll him on 27/6/2010.he said that our boy is go to take your phone from company and he said you can take your phone on 30/6/2010 so today i go to take my phone .he says that my phone is not come today so you can take it after some days.i brought my phone on 1/6/2010.please help me.
