One Mr. Jitendra of your customer care promised that this issued will be resolved
latest by Thursday (13.08.2009) and he will look into it personaly that the service
centre guy calls me up to inform me that my memory stick has arrived.
Kudos to your commitment.
It is the 3rd time SE is failing its commitment.
Hope Mr Jitendra would present this mail for his appraisal.
I had asked him to ive me a date in a way that he doest fail his commitment but then
"Commiments are made to be failed"
Apart from my earlier suugestions, I also request the HR department to at least
justify there salaries by give proper training to SE guys.
There is a lot of flab getting around SE which needs to be removed. Please do so
urgently.
I was going thru the Consumer court website and found 2-3 more cases against your
Kolkata RSO.
So I thanked GOD that I am not the only "Victim" of your "Excellent Performance"
leading to "on time delivery"
Poor Hrithik Roshan, he's doing the wrong endorsement.

I am still to hear on my issue and lets come to the business table, PLEASE RESOLVE
