Hi Friends

I have bought a Motorola A810 phone on 2nd of November 2008 from 'The Mobile Store' EDM mall Delhi. From day One the there was some problem with its battery it only lasted for 6-7 hours.The following is my course of action and the results.

1. On 8th Nov 008
I went to service center they acknowledged my problem, but refused to change the handset and decided to change the battery.
Result: The problem was still there and replacement of battery didn't helped.

2. On 12th Nov 008
I went again to the service center, this time they logged a complaint and asked me to leave the handset for checkup(Job# 4003).I was told when i enquired on phone that there is some problem in handset and it needs to be repaired.

3. On 15th Nov 008
I went again to the service center, and convinced them that at least we should submit a request for replacement of handset.(Job# 3550) was created as a request for handset replacement.
I was told on a call that the request# 3550 has been rejected and there is no other option but to have the handset repaired.A new job(Forgot the number) was than created and the handset was sent for repair.

4.On 21st Nov 008
Finally i recieved the handset after bugging them daily for status, but even after repair the same problem of battery exists and few more problems like disturbance in hearing sound are born.

I have tried to contact the motorola support center, but they are of no use.
What should i do now??
