Dear Sir / Madam,

As per Naphish (Customer Care Executive) commitment to me that please
deposit your Handset at Service Center and we (Sony Ericsson) will provide
you new Handset of the same model within 7 days.

When, I submitted my Handset at Service Center on 27th June 09 in running
mode (only navigatin key was not working properly), and I got my Handset on
12th Aug 09 in worse condition ( Dead condition - no display, my handset
body is broken).

Mr Naphish told me that he has talked with his senior for this and his
senior has confirmed him for new Handset.

So, please revert me with your response, whether I should submit my handset
at service center or should I go in Consumer Court.
