Dear sir , I am submiting my continious problems of handset since I purchased 1.this moble never charged fully even after whole day charging ,three time software has been changed by the service centre recommended by company problem is same 2.vibration in voice quality.In last option I am going to through this phone to service centre and lodge a complaint for defective product.
