Dear Sir / Madam,

I purchased a Sony Ericsson mobile from "Mobile adda, Shakarpur, Vikas marg, Delhi-110092" on 28 June 2009. But it stop working after 10 days of purchase.

I submitted that mobile to the Sony service center (Vaishnavi Services, Laxmi Nagar) on 11th of July for its problem. They took my phone for one day & reload the software, give back to me without checking (returned with all existing problems). When i show them the problems, they told me to submit the mobile again. I told them to change my mobile immediately, because it was stop working after 10 days of purchase, but they refuse my request. They told me that they are not able to change the mobile.
I also told to the mobile dealer to replace phone but they also didn't give me the proper response.
Then I resubmit my mobile to same service center on 14th July 2009. After two days, they told me that they sent my mobile to Head office for repair.
And It is still there. Even the service center people is not giving me the answer that when will i receive my mobile back to me.
I was also contact to the Customer care of Sony, i mailed them, they called me on 1st Aug 2009 that i will get my repaired mobile after 1 week from service center. But still i didn't get it. I mailed to customer care again 5-6 times but they are not responding.

Its approx one month, i have not receive my mobile. I use it only 10 days after purchase.

Now how can i take that repaired mobile back after seeing this type of service. If the mobile will stop working again then again they will take my mobile for 1-2 months.

So, please help me, give me some suggestion, how can i take a new mobile from them or my mobile money back to me? I didn't want that repaired mobile after watching their frustrating service.
