Hello,

If the call recording function is mentioned in the user manual, and not available in your phone then they have replace the handset with a new one.

First of all register a complaint with the samsung customer care, tell them all your problem that function is not present but mentioned in the user manual and get a complaint no., and ask them for the replacement as soon as possible.

If they will not going to help you then contact us again with the complaint no, registered with the samsumg customer care.

when u r busy over the phone and wanna record the talk then press on the OPTIONS button.the go to VOICE MEMO.
then click on START RECORDING..after you are done click STOP RECORDING..
after the call is ended you can find your recorded conversation in MULTIMEDIA-VOICE FUNCTIONS-VOICE MEMO-RECORDED CONVERSATIONS.

I have purchased a Samsung CDMA mobile (SCH M569) from Smart Communication, Patna. There is call recording facility it is mentioned inside the user manual. But this function does not work. When i try to use this facility there is a messae display "Not Supported in 4GV Call".

There is also no application for above said model on samsung website.

Even i had the same problem but my service center at navi mumbai understood the problem and also gave me a good solution ,,.... He has put a old software which was available with the old phone and everything is now fine >>>

menu - settings - press *
It will ask for field serv code. Enter the code.
go to last option that is Data option & para set
go to 4gv set option and change it to disable.

How can I activate AUTO CALL RECORDER for all calls by default ?

is there java in sch m569..the dealer had told me java was there but i cant find it...

Hi, Just wanted to check with you that whether R World facility is available in SCH-M569 as I am not able to use this set for mobile banking.

i have samsung sch-m569 handset it's very nice phone for cdma but i have a problem in wathing video because i does not flip to full screen while pressing on * , # or any button plz tell me what to do ?
