My Name is Anshuman Sinha, Mumbai, India.
I Had bought a HTC Magic handset on 20th July. Bringing home i realized that whenever i switch on the camera/videocamera the phone hangs... only option is to take out the battery to restart it.....
Next day i gave the hand set to TAIPAN, Authorised HTC Service Center, Borivali, Mumbai. They said that first they will try to correct the software problem, failing which they will replace the handset in three working days.
Till date, 6th August, I have made multiple calls to the service center, but I have not got my phone back. They blame it on non-reciprocation of Delhi Head office. Every time I have to follow up with them.
I want to file a case in consumer court against HTC, and want my money back, as I have bought another handset, for use, due to unexpected delay on part of the company.
I want the company to be punished for their irresposnible behavior towards the consumer. Can anyone please advice me how to go about it.
