    DEAR SIR/ MADAM,
    I brought a samsung mobile(S8003) IMER No-354560030100643 on 27/07/2009
    from Big Bazer, Ameerpet ,HYDERABAD , AP-500016.
    On that day i came to cuttack, orissa,and i found some manufacturing defect
    (adapter not working and spot on display) on my mobile.
    I show my mobile in CHANNEL-4,SERVICE CENTER,CUTTACK-01,ORISSA on dated
    01/08/2009.
    After seeing the mobile ,they told me the mobile is having manufacturing
    defect,and this mobile set needs to be changed completly.they kept the
    mobile for two days to issue the DOA.
    After two day (03/08/2009) they returned the mobile set,and told me if they
    will issue DOA here
    Then it will be a problem ,so collect the DOA from hyderabad service
    center .
    I am sending all the documents in the Attchament please go through it. And
    also let me know what i have to do now.
    Please see to this matter and guide me for further procedure.
    please revert the mail asap.

    I had buyed samsung s3310 metro on 18th of sept 2009 from

    address-cell bazar,
    shop no-8,
    subham market,
    ram mandir sqr
    opp axis bank,
    bbsr,orissa
    ph no-06742380756.

    On 23rd sept i had changed my mobile (keypad light fuse).and now after 5 days i have found green colour line mark on the corners of my screen.
    Today i.e on 28th sept 09 i went to the shop to put my complaint ,but he is refusing to change my mobile,instead says to show at service center.and that particular shop is selling unpacked mobile phones,my cell is one of them.

    I just want to know is this the solution.
    I have buyed 3 mobiles of this particular company in this month,if i am facing problems each 5 days,then i wont relay on this mobile. Now he is not ready to listen to my problem.........

    Kindly find me a solution.

    Dear All,

    To get any solution for your complaint kindly send a complaint letter to the Head Office of the Co. Send it through registered post and keep a copy of that letter also. Hope you will get any positive response from there.

    Default not getting support from customer care center

    I had bought my samsung mobile model no:"F480" in the month of march/09. there was a problem of network and restart in my phone, for this reason i had given my mobile many times to get it repaired but the only thing they do is format my phone upload the software and give me back. Finally in the month of Jan they had changed my phone's motherboard so the network related issue was resolved but the restart problem is still there but now they are saying that now there is no problem in the phone but still face the restart problem. i had talked to the area manager but he is also no lesianing the complaint and is saying that i can only do one thing that i can give you in written that my phone is all-right but tell me what i will do of that doc??? should i show that doc to my phone that please don't restart because my i'm having a written doc that you are ok???
    please help me, i'm really fed-up of this problem.

    Default Complain about samsung mobile phones

    Hi,

    I would like to complain the quality of samsung mobile phones. It's so laosy. I was a Loyalty samsung mobile fan but not now onwards. I was using samsung D880 and my husband was using F480 and both spoilt after a year plus.

    The model F480 will turn on and off automatically before it totally spoilt. For mine one, the speaker spoilt and i sent it for repair. After few months, it suddenly turn off and can't able to switch on again. Every samsung phones that i bought will only last for 1 year plus. So, thewhat's the quality of samsung phone? And i still need to pay the repair fees if i sent for repair. If like that, I rather used other brand. NO SAMSUNG PHONE.

    i have star tuchscreen mobile warrinty period nd survice center 20 days not return my mobile.and not third class responce for head samsung officers..
    samsung mobile is good but servie is so third class so..guys..not purchase.

    Default Samsung the worst company

    Dear Sir,
    I had bought a Samsung S3310 handset on 19/12/2009. IMEI No. is 354118034388829. Recently few weeks ago it screen became totally white. I submitted it to Samsung Service Centre at 112/08(16) Benajhabar Road, Swaroop Nagar Kanpur on 28/10/2010. My job no. was 35234. They returned it to me on 16/11/2010 saying that the display has been changed. Immediately that very day the display became white again as before. But due to ID festival next day I could not submit it again. I submitted it back at the same service centre on 18/11/2010. My job no. was 36094 but they returned to me the handset on 19/11/2010 saying that set is working fine. They also talked to me in a very rude manner and it seemed they had no manners at all to talk to their customers.

    At the time of submitting my handset again on 18/11/2010 its screen was white and I had shown this to the girl(Archana) at the counter. Then how could they say that the set was working properly?

    The handset which I received from them on 19/11/2010 is not working properly. It seems that they hadn't even checked it at all. The display problem is still there, its voice at video has also become low and some Bluetooth problem has also developed.

    The rude behaviour by the staff of Samsung .Service Centre is preventing me from going back over there again.

    From Customer Care at 0512-30308282, I was given the number of Mr. Shitij Paul. I tried to contact him all day. But he did not pick up the phone.

    The set is still under warrenty and in these two experiences Samsung Service Centre has proved that the handset is impossible for them to repair so I request you to return my money back. I shall tell everyone that Samsung Company is no more than a bunch of crooks.

    Is this the way how a responsible company should deal with their customers? Are we guilty of buying a Samsung product? Please refund my money.
    I am also thinking of taking the whole matter before court.

    sir,
    my samsung mobile model no is GT-S5603.Some of the area inMy touch pad screen not sencing.so that i can"t type message and cant" type numeric letter.mobile is not in warrenty period.

    Hello my name is ankit jain this letter is to address you that I bought grand last month
    Since its being just one month I m facing lot of issues with it
    for which I have visited ur services center twice bur they just format my phone and give it to me
    After bringing to notice that my phonw is slow and it has battry issue I cannot make out how can formating phone can resolve battry issue and also I m not able to updatte my subway surf for which ur service center did it which result lossig my scores

    Default laptop

    Poor service, rude, liars, no common sense, hackers
    To start out, I sent in my laptop in February to be fixed under warranty they said the problem was a broken part, factory malfunction and they would have to order the part. (Poor service) We called Samsung 6 weeks later because no call or any update on what was going on. They told us “sorry they don’t build parts for that laptop no more’’ they convinced me to accept a different, newer model laptop but with a slower Intel core. My original Samsung laptop was a business setup and an Intel core i7 and traded for a new laptop also for business with Intel core i5. Mostly changed because I needed the laptop ASAP for my work.
    The laptop is only used maybe once a week for using adobe audition or Photoshop. I noticed after a while it was not as fast as my other laptop which is a Toshiba satellite with a home setup, not built for anything heavy like business and it is an Intel core i3 and the mouse would not work at random times. At those times it would not recognize anything, not a cd not an external mouse, nothing. I called Samsung they said they can’t fix it because it’s out of warranty. I said we have not had either computer for a whole year, the first was bought in December and this we received in the end of March so they said they would fix it just this once. I didn’t argue much about the warranty since they were going to fix it anyway. We sent it in about 2 weeks ago and they sent an email saying they received it and were going to start working on it. Over a week later they called me at 9am asking for the password to enter the computer so they can figure out the issue. I freaked. I asked them why they have had my computer for over a week and just that day was going to look at it? The only thing she said was I don’t know there is nothing in the notes but they are working on it now thank you for your patience have a nice day. (Hackers)At around 4pm I got a notification from Facebook telling me someone was trying to enter my Facebook with the wrong password multiple times from Fort Worth, Texas. The only thing that came to my head was the laptop we sent to be repaired, so I called like I didn’t know nothing and asked what location my computer was at. The first customer service person said “hold on one moment while I research it. Pause, pause, pause… “Mam, it’s in Fort Worth Texas’’. BINGO! I said calmly now I need to speak with your manager. She transferred me to the supervisor. I told the supervisor what was going on she made all kinds of excuses for why it could be happening. 1. No your laptop is not in Fort Worth, Texas 2. “Maybe Facebook sent a false message by mistake” WRONG! 3. “Well maybe it tried to turn on multiple times by itself. Wrong! 4. The tech couldn’t because we have a hi-tech internet blocking system that does not allow techs to get online. Wrong! 5. The tech has been in our company for 20 years he wouldn’t do that. Wrong again!
    1. No first person confirmed it is in Fort Worth, Texas
    2. Facebook would not send a false message saying its coming from an obvious location like where my laptop is at.
    3. First my Facebook password is not stored. Second Facebook wouldn’t try a wrong password multiple times if not stored.
    4. They are techs, can’t believe you are trying to tell me a tech can’t break the codes to get on the internet. I sent the laptop there for the reason that they can do things we can’t.
    5. Does not matter how long someone has been working somewhere, doesn’t mean they are not corrupt. If not him someone else. Point is someone did.
    I was transferred to the manager finally and she did the same thing , she put me on hold multiple times for 5 to 10 minutes each time, could not understand her because she mumbled most of the time. Had to hang up was getting nowhere with any of them to make a complaint with the local police. Now a complaint been recorded in case something else happens with my personal stuff.
    I received the computer today along with the work order. First of all it says “shipped from: FORT WORTH, TEXAS”. Says out of warranty and the work done on it was just a reboot nothing else fixed and in a note at the bottom says” technician recommendations: CX SHOULD SEND OIN ADAPTER FOR EVALUATION”
    In conclusion Samsung is horrible. Will never buy from them again
