    Default Samsung Service centre complains

    Dear Sir,
    I Sambhav Agarwal, Seeking a favor from you.
    I have a Samsung handset e690 brought in 2007,
    Sir, wen purchased the handset was having some problem with the sound so i
    had given it to samsung service center BTM layout Bangalore.
    they rectified the problem by upgrading the software of the mobile from L1
    to L2.
    But while doing that the IMEI number of my handset was erased by them and
    now its showing 00000

    The handset was working absolutely fine till date, but since the new TRAI
    rule the handset without the IMEI number will be barred. and hence the
    handset is barred from the service provider.

    I had given the working handset to Samsung Service centre Sector 31
    Gurgaon Haryana on 8th July for the IMEI writing, with work order number
    55020090713012, after many follow ups i was told that the handset is
    liquid logged and IMEI cannot be written and the handset is dead now.

    I am not understanding when a working handset is being given to the
    service center for mere IMEI writing how can it be dead,

    Please see to this matter and guide me for further procedure.

    Dear Mr. Sambhav,

    In case of Mobile handsets, if we are not satisfied with the responses or the services of service centre, we can lodge our complaint with the head office of the Mobile Co. for the same. But if the Co. is also not providing any help in that concern we can only file a case in consumer forum against the Service Centre as well as the Co. to get the redressal. First send a written complaint to Samsung Mobile Co's head office to get any help without approaching Consumer Forum.

    my name is shobhit johri and my no. is 9696457661 .I told u many time in phone no 056230308282 but you dont give me any response only give me useless number.Give me full support otherwise i m going to consumer court to take action against your company.i wright it on online complant but no response.I told you many time that my samsung SHG-B520 is repair in your service center (Hariparvat chauraha near S.B.I. bank Agra)and there my screw is change and after 2month again i having a problem in my handset then i again go to that place there they say that this screw is change outside and phone warranty is loss under this change of screw .But i told him that this screw is change in his center .So pls give me solution of this matter My e-mail ID shobhitjohri2009g-mail.c

    Sir,

    I have purchased a Samsung TV Metallica in 2000. I have not faced any problem except for one time two months back. We can hear the sound but not view the pictures. I complained and some service person visited and he said the circuit board is not working. He said no Samsund circuit board is available. We have to instal local one. I am not interested to get a local circuit board. Where can I get the Samsung Circuit Board? Refer the service person who can help me.

    sir,
    ma mob no s b3313 . Its lookd lik a corby mdl. Ma mob s nt getttin swtch on , wen i ask service center dey said tat internal strip s in prob and v ll infrm u wen spare comes. Bt nrly 1 mnth dey dint inorm anythin sir...i dint use ma new mob..so much prob in tat mob..ther r not treatin customer wel and not responsing too..sure hereaftr i wont do dis mstke by buyin samsung product..bt pl take action and send spare soon sir..service center s in chennai, anna nagar opp to k-4..pl give ur head office phone number..

    Default Complain about SCH-B519

    My complain is about my whole set, there is nothing in it which work smothly and when ever i did complain in the service center they guys didnt satisfied me ever. My cell's software doesnt work properly i doesnt save any calls i did or i received and even missed calls. I got it done with the service center then suddenly i got this battery problem, then they replaced it as well, then got a problem of my memory card now they have submitted if with them from last 10 days and didnt reward me back and now again this software problem started. i want to ask that didnt they have any knowledge about customer handeling. The guys started arguing with the customer. Is that the ways how they handle the customer.

    Unhappy mr king

    i upgraded my samsung u900 to a samsung i8910 5 weeks ago since then i have 3 replacement handsets as they keep cutting my calls of and freezing i have asked orange to exchange this for a different model as i have no faith in this i8910 and they have offered me 2 phones that are not even close to samsung standards i have had samsung phones now for the last 6 years and had no problems and i wish to stay with samsung can you help a very unhappy customer.

    i vivek kumar given samsung hard disk model no.sp0802n,product HDD in your authorised service centre in allahabad since 25 feb.2010.he dindnt response me any more and i still awaiting for any further response and i also mail a scaned copy of reciept.

    Default not attending my complaint since 03/05/2010

    i have lodged a complaint to repair my samsung tv on 03/05/2010 but no body has attened till now you are requested to resolve my problem positevely today . if you are unable to solve my problem kindly advise me. thanks for providing this type of services .please tell me why i should purchase samsung products if sevices not available at your end.

    Angry software problem in samsung i450 handset

    I bought Samsung SGH - 450 (i450) multimedia handset a year back, i started having problem with the handset during the intial 6months itself. The phone would get switched off during a call, i took it to the service center and got it repaired. Again the second time faced the same problem within a year and this time was not even able to send or receiev any messages. Service center people couldn't resolve it and said its a problem with the handset's software and could not be repaired. please let me know wat is to be done, is the company manufacturing mobile handsets that doesn't even last year? if the above issue is not solved, i need to know whether i get a replacement for the handset.

    im living in ram nagar new abadi shahganj agra . i having your three acs 1 is split &another 2 r window
    your man Aziz came to give us service but our split AC is not colling sufficiently & the window ACs have to be service & give a proper wash to them

    Default No spare parts for samsung products

    Hi,

    I am an UNLUCKY owner of two samsung products - Camcorder & Microwave owen but Samsung authorised service center claims that they do not have the parts since the item is more than five years old.

    Hence it is understood that Samsung products are use n throw.

    MANY CALLS & MAILS TO THEM IS ALSO OF NO USE....

    Be carefull before you buy a samsung product.

    sir,
    my bp no. is 8414420735, i had complained regarding my samsung refrigerator around 35 days back, since then my refrigerator has not been repaired . once the service person had come but wasnt able to repair it and now the deepfreezer is also not working properly there is no ice in freezer and the water also doesnt cool below. the service person had promised to return after some days,, till now there has been no contact made by the concerned person. i regrett purchasing a samsung product. kindly provide service as soon as possible.

    Default problem in samsuny corby set

    Dear
    sir, i would like to informed you that i am brought a sumsung corby set on april 2010 in kolakta . After 2 to 3 day i have observed that my touch screen was not working properly .so informed the service centre .they take the mobile on their custody for increase the entropy on the delivery date i found that they are not solved my problem even after that my mobile was hang very much .I request to service centre manger also for change my mobile. but they are NOT giving me a proper reply., so i request u to please take neccessary action on my part for change my mobile set.

    Angry Problem with Samsung LCD TV

    Dear Sir,

    I had bought a Samsung 40'' LCD TV in 2008. Some 8 months back one day the TV stopped working. I called up the service center which sent a person to look into the problem. He reported that the LCD panel is not working and replaced it for Rs.6000/-. Last month there was a problem with the screen and the picture quality was very bad. Again a person came from service center and I was told that the complete screen needed to be replaced which would cost me a hefty amount of Rs.40,000/-. He said it was because of fluctuation. I had installed a stabilizer also when i bought the TV, though the dealer said that no stabilizer was required. Could you please tell me the appropriate place to file my complaint so that my grievance is redressed as early as possible.
