    Post very bad service of service center

    I have a GT-5620 phone and having problem in sound .i have given to service center of durgapur WB three times.each times they changes one parts first they told that they change PBA board then speaker then Mic.at that times it is ok but after 3 to 4 hr use its sound again goes aways.service center of durgapur technician do not know anything.they just change every parts each times.

    I dont have the time and patience to go 4 times for the same problem.i feel very sorry to buy Samsung product.

    my semiautomatic washing machine has gt some problem in spinner ,i contacted local berhampur samsung service centre headed by mr mishra. they took good about 15 days to repond and finally one guy so called service engineer has come and checked my washing machine and calculated the amount for repair. he said that about two thousand rupees will be required to repair the same.finally we sattled at RS 1800/- timer,filter and spinning motor was changed, however we could not checkthe repairs because of light problem.engineer told me he will come and check again and assured me that washing machie will be allright now.but when i checked the functioning,,spinner had same problem as before,,now on contacting them they are avoiding and not reponding. i have allredy paid amount of rs 1800/- for the same. i do not have much time being engaged in professional activities at army ad college being faculty there.This process took about a month and i am there where i started.i want copesation of one month harrasment to my wife who is teaching and my self for the same.

    Respected Sir,
    i want to convey to you sir that my phone in warranty period i have past only one month to purchase the phone i have purchased samsung mobile, mobile model(samsung galaxy GT S5570) in the month i have visited 2 or 4 times in the costumer care office. first time i visited on 10/10/2011 at that time my phone is not working properly i submitted the phone to the samsung care office. after recovery the next day costumer care return my mobile but again the same problem would be created . on 12/10/2011 again i submitted my phone to the customer care office the same problem would create in my mobile. PROBLEM(PHONE IS TOTALLY DEAD & BATTERY BACKUP very Bad) after submitted my mobile in custumer care office . custumer care mam said that you collected your mobile after 5 days i collected my phone on 19/10/2011/. i open my phone that time my phone will open but after some time again one problem will be create in my mobile .and at last iwant to say that the samsung mobile company please replace my mobile with new one.

    Default Samsung LCD TV

    I have bought a Samsung LCD TV from Saudi Arabia, and now after 2 yrs its panel has gone. When I approached the service center they say that as I have bought it from Saudi they cannot repair it and if ever they are going to repair then it is going to cost me the price of a new one. When i bought from Saudi they told me that Samsung products could be serviced worldwide including India. Have I made a mistake in going for a Samsung Product. I hope the rite person from the Service Center will contact me on my mobile # 09995549426 and get a proper service from your end. Cherin

    I Sankar Dey, Seeking a favor from you.
    I have a Samsung handset S3500 brought in December 2010
    Sir, when purchased the handset was having some problem with the Battery and Display
    had given it to samsung service center, DumDum, Kolkata, West Bengal
    they rectified the problem by upgrading the software of the mobile
    But while doing that the charge my handset fully charged after 10 to 15 minutes singnal is battery low

    I am not understanding how will over come this problem.

    Sir I also request to u please u given to the order ur service centre that my Battery problem will be solved absolutely free.

    Angry complain regarding samsung mobile

    dear sir, i have a samsung mobile monte,which i purchased on 25/05/11 while using it i had a problem of battery backup,hanging.then i came in contact with samsung care they should me the path of samsung service center,spider solution g-13 raman tower sanjay palace agra-they said that there is a problem in mother board it will be replaced in 15days you have to leave the handset ,so i left and after given period of time when i got my set back then i was suffering with the same problem i again went there and they told that your mother board is changed and we are not responsible for it and also miss behaved with me one of the engineer mr neeraj and said your set will not repaired.but as such my information i have not showed my phone to local market ,so plz rectify my problem...my mb no-7417431443..rajat tomar

    Default samsung 46 d 5500

    Hallo.
    I am fun of Samsung. I have one lcd 26 and one led 40 series 7000.
    Before 20 days I bought a new one 46 in.led series 5500.
    Unfortunately the screen from the 10thday appears a white line all the way the panel.
    I call over my place a technician of your company and finally they told me that needs to repair it.I don’t understand why not a replacement.
    Why I have to keep a brand new tv that wiil you repair ? and it has broblem from the box.
    Is this a policy ?

    my is not good...

    samsung is very bad because maine 3 monthse samsung use kar raha hoon ie lekar maine 8 bar service centre laja chuka hoon..
    per baarbaar wahi problem hota hai softwe problem

    abto mera bettary kharap hogaya mai apna office jau ia fone lekar busy rahoon.
