    Dear Sir
    Its very sad to write this. Your company is compaigning for your brand is no 1 in world. I have purchased a samsung demi automatic washing machine last year in June from Karnal. Now I am residing in Rohtak( Haryana). I lodged complaints for my washing machine SR No 8415293228 on 15th July'10 at 11:59 AM. And I was committed for engineer visit for the same day. As per your process I will get a call than they will confirm me visit time so that I will available there. But I didn't receive any call from your engineer on 15th July and nobody visit my place. On second day 16th July'10 on regreous follow up from your helpline, an engineer name Bajrang from you service centre visited on 16th July'10 around 18:15 PM without any call. I was not at home my wife was alone at that time. My wife called me that two person came for washing machine repairing. I was surprised that without confirmation how can they enter in my house. I asked them why did they not call for confirmation. Mr Bajrang talked very rudely," to kya ho gaya call nahi ki". Is this way to talk service people. I am going to lodged FIR against that person and your company. And than I lodged case in consumer court.

    I bought a Samsung 47" LCD tv about 5 months ago.. and it has broken down 3 times already. After repeated calls to the service centre, even after 11 days of lodging the complaint, no one turns up to rectify it. I demand the TV should be replaced since I don't understand how a perfectly alright Tv can break down 3 times in 5 months from its purchase.

    And more than that, we have not been getting the proper service that should be coming from a brand like Samsung. People in the service centre just keep hanging us, and do not take the problem seriously. The branch manager refuses to come on the line when I wished to speak.

    After spending Rs 45,000 on a Tv just so that we can get pleasure out of watching it, we have received lot of stress and have been really uncomforted, all t hanks to Samsung Services who pledge to keep their customers satisfied.

    I would like to put a case against Samsung and would like my Tv to be replaced. Kindly help in what should i do next.

    Hello,
    We have gone through your complaint and suggest you to send a written notice via registered post to the CMD of SAMSUNG, mention all the details in it, attach photocopy of all the supporting document and ask them for the replacement or refund within the mentioned time in the notice.
    Wait for their response and revert us back.
    Note: Keep all the copy of Complaint, Notice and the registered post slip, this may help you if you need to knock the consumer forum.

    Dear Sir,
    My name is Anil Pal from Gurgaon (HR). I had a Samsung Mobile phone Model No.J800 whose SL No.RVPS173376E and EMEI No. is 351594030031998.
    There was a charging problem in my handset and I given my handset in Samsung Authorized service center Millennium Services in Prem Nagar, Gurgaon on dated 28.07.2010.(Ashraf-9911377620,SUSHIL-9716461761)
    But sorry to say that Still we don't have received any satisfy answer regarding my handset.
    Today when I went to office of Millennium Services for collection of my cell phone then he told me that your handset was missing and we'll call you till evening but still I can't get any reply from Millennium Services and when I called him they are not able pick my phone.
    I never aspect that type of services from Samsung, I have number of Samsung Products but I really feel scared with this experience.
    I am requesting to you kindly take a necessary action in this matter, It will be really appreciated.

    Sub~ Complaint regarding fridge

    We have bought a refrigrator from Amar traders Patiala . The day it was delivered there was little rust on the freezer door that very day we complained to Amar Traders he said that was a minor problem and would be solved . As he is very well known to me I believed to his words but nothing was done regarding the complaint . We went on complaining many times but all in VAIN . As time is passing by the rustarea is increasing and we arevery sorry to known taht such a by name "SAMSUNG" Pays no heed to customers complaint . now if any one from our family or friend circleinsist on buying a "SAMSUNG" product we say a BIG "NO" to themas we are not satisfied after paying so much . i am sure you will do something about our complaint after knowing our problem . We will be very thankful to you.

    i m having samtron 45 bn monitor it works properly but i havent use it for 4 months now i started it and the monitor shows the screen horizontally large and does not fitted in the screen what r the reasons for that and how can i fix this problem its h size key also not working.

    Default No Response/reply from service centre and call centre, complaint against vashi servic

    I have submitted by Galaxy 3(i5801) which had proximity sensor issue to VASHI Samsung service centre (Address: Plot no .219/SS3 TYPE ROW HOUSE ,NAVI MUMBAI )on 10/01/2011 having work order no :- WA94381024384, now after 24 days ,still i have not got my mobile back , there are saying there is motherboard issue , new motherboard has not come yet .
    also the number mentioned in the receipt is never picked , and when i call customer care at 30308282 , there say we are from technical departement , and every day they give new number of person like area manager,manager etc .
    and when i speak to them they say talk to some one else (provide thier number) , and after talking to that person , he says we will call u in 2-3 days, and then call never comes ..........
    NO COMPALINT IS REGISTERED BY 30308282 no.

    This is not the first time ,i have faced issue ,
    1 month before also i submitted my Galaxy 3(i5801) at VASHI Samsung service for not connecting to KIES,bluetooth and display issue ,that time they took 20 day (and at that time also told there is mother board issue ) and after repeated calling , i got my mobile back .

    Now again after 1 month , they say there is mother board issue ,how come in 2 month , motherboard can be faulty

    Default Samsung service centre Noida Gnh Telecom. NO SERVICE

    I bought a Samsung Wave S8500 mobile on 12.07.2010. I aciddentally broke my screen on 4th December and have been trying since then to get it replaced. I am willing to pay. However the customer care executives tell me that the mobile has been discontinued and spares are not available. While the company can certainly discontinue its products it doesnt mean they stop providing service to people who bought those products. It has been over 2 months and yet i have received no help at all.
    I registered complaints at GNH Telecom, Noida and a service centre in ganga shopping complex, noida. Neither of them have helped

    P.S. The mobile was worth Rs 17500 and they are saying that when ,if, spares are available it will cost me Rs6000. However i am willing to pay that obscene amount if they could just get my mobile repaired.

    My mobile number is 8800439725. Please help.

    Dear Sir,

    i want to inform you that i have a samsung mobile fch-699 in that phone i have some with my slider so i have given to samsung service center in ahmedabad.That services center does not have properly parts to charnge my slider my mobile is given for the last 6 days then after they can't repair my mobile.I hope that SAMSUNG SERIVCE IS SO MUCH BAD AND THIS COMPANY DOES NOT HAVE PART TO CHANGE WITHIN 2 OR 3 DAYS.....
    IF MY MOBILE DOES NOT REPAIED WITHIN 2 DYA FROM TODAY SO I WILL COMPLAIN GRAHAK SURAKSAH.

    Hi Sir,
    I am Sunder Mani i have a samsun digital camera. its lens was brocken. I submit it to samsung service center jalandhar at 23/11/2010.After that 3 months still i am waiting for my camera but nobody is giving me positive response they are making me fool. When i call them always ask me to wait for two or three days after that they are not picking my phone.Sir tell me this is your service ?

    Sir,
    This is to inform you that the service center at Patna Named Service world is just pathetic. It takes 8 to 10 day for mere problem of gas leakage in refrigerator. My refrigerator was checked on 15th and today till 22nd and till now they have not delivered me the refrigerator. i getting problems because its pretty hot out here and children are not able to have cold water even. there is just one Thelawala who gives service to whole Patna and if that Thelawala is not available customers are on Lords name.
    I suggest to terminate such agencies of service center who are playing with the Name and reputation of company like SAMSUNG and Please appoint some good service center who could give a proper service to the customers.
