With reference to my complaint against dated 25/07/2009 against faulty Mobile handset.
Regret to inform you that I have not received any reply till date. When I try to
reach out to your service centre, they pass on the same to store and from store they
are diverting the same to your service centre.
Please note that at any cost I will not accept the same handset even if you repair
it. I will accept only the new instrument in lieu of my faulty instrument.
I once again request you to look into the matter immediately and let me know the
status accordingly.
Your immediate support and action on this will be highly appreciated.
