    I Have N-95 8GB Phone 29500Rs from Modcad Communications Invoice No.3538 Dated on 29-Feb-08
    This phone working one month very nice but after one this phone is create some problem than i given the phon nokia care they send the after one week retrun my phone & they ask the phone working ok & after one week this is again same problem than i m visit again the nokia care than ask the phone checked again & they ask after two three days your one is ok but after i visit the nokiacare but they u phone is not ok than they ask i promised after few days your phone is ok & call u than they call me after 15 days your phone is ok & collect your phone after one month this phone carte the same problem than i m given the nokia care they ask after one week & they call me after 15 days & ask me your phone is ok than i m collect the phone & i m ask nokia care the phone is relay ok they ask me if the problem is again than send the phone nokia banglore & the phone given approx one month end i pick the phone & the phone is carte the problem next day than i m going the nokia care they ask me this phone send to banglore than i very frostated & call the nokia customer care your customer care person Mr.Sharad they ensure me After 48hrs action your problem & given one no 2-3AOIA1. end i m 48 hrs nokia care faridbad call me & ask me your phone send the banglore today after two days i call again customer care end ask me can i talk to Mr.Sharad they ask me he is busy in other phone pls tel me i ask the full story & given the Complaint no end they me after two week your phone is repired & collect the nokia care than i m going the nokia care they given the phone than after two days the phone is carte the same problem again i m very forsrated i m spend the money but i m not used the phone only one month

    mention all the details and attached the photo copy of both bill and the job sheet. And wait for at least 15-20 days for their reply.

    Note: Send the notice through the registered post and keep the slip safe, and also send a soft copy of the notice at notice@consumercourt.in and if they will not solve your problem then contact us again after 20 days.

    Default Nokia N 95

    Dear Sir, I have a Nokia N95 8 GB (IMEI No.359542011536990) Handset which under the warranty they changed the display on 15, Feb 2009, According to the job sheet no 124343506/081230/62, dated 30/12/2008 received the hand set on 07/01/2009. 124343506/090112/35, dated 12/01/2009 received the handset on 10/01/2009. 124343506/090120/155, dated 20/01/2009 received the handset on 15/02/2009. Now in March the handset display again has a problem but now my handset is not under warranty (As the warranty expired on 17 Feb. 2009), They cheated me with changing the display with a duplicate display, It is a nokia authorised service centre, On 20, of March I contacted the care line 044-30303838 they gave me an complaint Id 2-3oovee under which they have gave me a relax that I have a 60 days repair warranty And i submitted the handset again to them on 20 March, job sheet no 3124655510/090320/36 But they have returned the handset again on 24 March to me, saying that there is a Liquid logging on the display As such No water logging has ever been reported to the phone. (I checked with the other mobile service centre not nokia) They have changed my display to some market display (duplicate)
    I have been wasting all my time in nokia care itself from past 3 months unable to concentrate in my office or the other works Now I don’t want the display to be changed
    I want to fight them back need them to know what a consumer can do and filling a claim of Rs.10 laces, a new nokia N96 Box Pack with Bh-903 headset Box pack with bill and warranty, free of cost for my relief So that they won’t cheat a customer in this way to any one,
