Hi,
My name is Gagan Suri. i bought a Micromax Q5C handset in august 2010 and a few days ago it stopped working.
I went to the Micromax service center in Laxmi Nagar, delhi and showd them the handset.
They opened the handset and told me that its warranty is void because there is moisture in it. I told them that the moisture can go even due to sweat so that should not void its warranty. They were giving this moisture excuse to everyone.
I asked them to put a stamp on my bill and write their comments.
Please advise what can be done in this case because the mobile is in warranty and they are not ready to fix it.

i am r.v.s.murthy, i purchased the world worst mobile MICROMAX GC256, in my opinion there is no competition for this worst mobile in world, please don't buy this worst mobile, special features in this mobile 1. worst video player, 2.battery talk time capacity 20 min's maximum, 3.can't receive the signal properly etc., if you want these special features you can buy the worst mobile in the world GC256

My name is deep ,I brought Micromax Q 75 before 6 month.I misplace my battery before almost 1 Month & 10 days.Battery is not available in Poona still yet.When I ask to micromax service centre about same issue,they tell me contact your nearest service centre.I also inform that I m already co ordinate with him,I also inform him that I want to buy new battery.Still company is not conform me that when should I get battery.
This is usless service from micromax & micromax service centre.Company said go to service centre & Service centre said ask to Micromax co.

What should I do.
I also request to all people that dont buy micromax, because this comaany is not relible for service.3rd class service & useless service centre.
Pls help me for sortout my problem.

My name is prem kumar i bought a Micromax x265 handset in january 2011 and a after two monthes not proper working.
I went to the Micromax service center in R K infotech mathura i submet set this center and i recievid after two monthes. but some month he is working stoped and i submet mobile date 3/11/2011 and i recived 13/12/2011 but he is not propper working and my hendset change.so i want to my hendset change.
