    Angry COMPLAINT against SONY ERICSSON

    I bought sony ericssons handset C905 from sector 22 Chandigarh on 6 june 2009 within 10 days it start giving problem in its outgoing speaker.....without headphn it was unable to hear the person on other side........i took it to sony service centre and they repaired it...but after 2 days it again start giving problem...this time other speaker stop working....other person could not hear my voice...& its screen start flashing.....i submitted my handset again on 4 july 2009 for second time repair....and till now they have not repaired the handset.....they dont receive my calls at service centre...and when v personally go there they keep saying come next week come next week.....till date my set is in service centre....they say they are changing the mother board....but i talked to other customers using SONY ERICSSON handset they said it take only 5 to 7 days to change the mother board.....they once called us on 17 july and said ur set is repaired and collect it on monday on 20 july....we have visited the centre after that day 4 times and they say we didn't called you...and your set is not repaired....today 29 july i visited the centre again and first they said your set is ready u will get it in 10 minutes but after 1 hour they said come next week....
    PLEASE help us....

    Hello,

    Send a written notice via registered post to the CMD of Sony about your problem, mention all the job sheet no. in it and ask them for the proper solution so that you will not face such type of problem again.

    Note: Do not forget to keep the slip of registered post in safe, it will help you if the parent company will not solve the issue with in the mention time of 15 to 20 days.

    Default sonny ericssion mobile K530i complaint

    Respected sir/madam,
    i have purchased a sonny ericssion mobile K530i model number..but my phn was
    always goin on some prblm..so i had decided to submit in sonny ericssion
    service centre when his loudspeaker was totally damaged.i had submitted on
    10july 2009 at 2:46pm
    in "RT outsourcing service ltd roshnara road,5021-23,opp roshnara road bus
    stand kamla nagar delhi 110007"..when i was submitting my phn so he sad
    he'll return my phn with reapair after 2 yrs back i.e. on 13july but i have
    not received my phn till yet n he said "sonny ericssion dnt have time fir
    dis small part i;e loud speaker."
    pla sir reply n take any action .

    Dear Sir/Mam,

    i, Prachi KApte, have suffered due to non-professional and indifferent attitude of
    sony ericsson customer care and sony ericsson authorised service centre. i havent
    recieved any reply from either the service centre or customer care and my phone is
    still with the service centre.

    this leads to lot of inconvinience and mental harassment.

    the details for the case are listed below in the trail mails. kindly help me with
    the same.

    for sony ericsson only,

    kindly expedite the case otherwise i will be left with no option but to lauch a
    legitimate FIR against the company.

    Hi i am dhairya sachdev from jodhpur.I bought SEW395 on 15/01/10 for rs. 7600 and on the first day itself it started hanging I thought it will get okay but later it became worse. Sometimes while playing songs the voice goes and i cant also use motion gaming on it and it has benn mentioned everywhere by sony ericsson that you can use motion gaming with sony ericsoon W395 . I have called up the customer care centre more than 10 times and have gone to the service centre for more than 5 times but they have no solution. What should i do?

    i am using W580i handset, this handset is very poor. i given to for repaire his asking Rs. 2500/- this is very bad. now in market lot of mobile handset available so way we have to pay up to Rs.2500/- for repaire. i am throing that maobile in sea.........

    Post Complaint against Sony Ericson K810i

    I bought a k810i mobile phone 1 year ago for about Rs.10000/-. After 6 months the keypad of the phone was not functioning. I replaced the keypad 2 months ago. But now the same complaint appears. I spent about Rs.2000 for repairing the same. But the complaint could not be cured permanently. This type of complaints are not seen in any other mobile phones.     I have brought sony ericsson j105i mobile set .before 6 month ago 3/12/2009 ,and i has been gone to the service centre 9-10 times .every times same problem in the set .first time when the set has dead .they change the machine in the set . but all in vain . now 3 times i am updated the software of my set from sony ericsson centre.at present set is dead .

    Dear Sir / Madam,

    Am Manjunath from Pondicherry.

    I bought a new Sony ericsson mobile Model no - C510 in last month ( 15-05-2010) ,purchased at POORVIKA MOBILES ARUMBAKKAM CHENNAI.

    After i bought that mobile initially i had put charge for 9 hours,As the sales executive told in that shop.

    Then first was faced the charge pbm when i went for out station(19-05-10) ,Before going i charged fully( time - 7:30PM) but around morning (10:00AM)....i got low battery signal.....was surprised n i cld not able to charge my mobile that time.

    Then i didnt take that much serious issue ....after few days one friday on (21-05-2010)....again i was faced low battery isssue.Then i decided to find the sony ericsson service center here in pondicherry & i got the address n no i called n said the pbm...they told 2 bring the mobile to their shop and i said ok & cut the call.

    On next day saturday (22-05-2010) i had office but i put permission and went to their shop but shop was closed ,They had sticked a mesage in A4 paper that 2nd n 4th saturday leave so i came back to office.

    In the next week i had more busy in work so i cldn't go to service center & i went out for 4 days on duty.

    DAY 1:

    On Saturday (05-06-2010) i had put permission and went to service center and i told them about the issue,They put job card n said to wait for 10 minutes n i waited then they replied that some software pbm so they wil correct it on Monday(07-06-2010) and the same day evening i went by put the permission by evening time and i collect my mobile.
    Workorder no : SE310APD13789.

    After that

    3- 4 days it works good & no pbm......


    DAY 2:

    On Monday (14-06-2010)i went again and told them clearly that am facing the same issue many times withn a month pls chk it properly n giv back to me n they put job order again.One executive said ok sir we wil check it and our engineer wil cal u by today evening,I asked wat time he wil cal ?they said by around 4 o clk..then i went off from der.

    But i didnt get any call 4m him and also from service center.

    DAY 3:

    Next day on Tuesday (15-06-2010) i put 2 hrs permission and went to service center and asked them y didnt u cal me ?...i said cal ur engineer ,One of the engineer came and i asked him wat happened to my mobile ?he replied its some hardware problem so give me 1 day time wil check it clearly n giv u return.I was shouted on him uyou could hav cal and give message that ur mobile not yet repair unnecesarly i came here.He took me to some Manager and i clearly said the problem he gave assurance next time u won't get such issues,I asked him if suppose if i get some issues again who wil be the respone ? He said no sir if suppose it happens again apart from cosmetics we will replace u all the interior parts.I said ok but i cant come 2maro bcz i can't put always permission n come here wil come n collect on saturday, i came bk to my office.

    The next day evening Tuesday(16-06-2010) that engineer called me n said sir ur mobile is ok now n i checked it by chargin its working properly u can come n collect,I said k wil come n take my mobile.

    On Thursday (17-06-2010) morning i put permission n i went to the same service center and i collect my mobile and that engineer said now it wil works properly ,I asked wats pbm clearly tel me bcz within a month 4-5 times am comin here.He said its some network pbm(antena) but he gave pakka assurance to me that it will work properly hereafter and i trusted him and took mobile n came bk to home.

    Then i checked it the charge capability but its same i fully charged it on friday from (11:00 AM to 2:30 pm ) but even it didnt stand by till the next early morning
    (saturday) .

    DAY 4:

    Saturday(19-06-2010) i went to the service center with a a person who knows some 1 their & we said the same issue again and again and i said i want replacement but they replied it may be battery pbm and they said wait for some time we wil replace u with a new battery.After some time they gave my mobile with new battery .So i thought hereafter i wont get pbm again & i came back.Workorder no : SE310APD14160.

    That too needs only til tuesday(22-06-2010)......bcz evening around( 4:00 pm to 6:30 )pm i had put for charge and i went off to my home.
    And mobile got switch off 2 times automatically ?..........

    I was checkin in between the battery capable ,But without talking and w/o listening music battery is gettin down dryly.
    The same night around 10:00 pm i was havin my mobile in my hand somethin happen like miracle my display wallpaper appears like double double(some times in lappy's or in competers it wil appear) n wen i pressed the menu button all folders are double inside in half of the screen(The same like double act in that display),That time i got a message and wen i opened it its like words in diff i cldn't able read it that time.After 2 - 3 minutes it turns to normal mode.

    (I didn't have camera or any other mobile to take snap of it other wise i wld hav send it to you all).

    Then i spoken wid a person for 10 minutes only on that night.

    But today morning(23-06-2010) only 47% battery displaying around 9:00 Am Then i thought to delete some messages from the memory so i plug in the data cable n deleted the messages n wen i remove it ,Automatically mobile went to switch off mode.Now it shows 20%(4:00pm - 23-06-2010)

    Am really un happy with this mobile sir, That dealer is telling we are not responsible we are only distributors we just sell the products.You better show in service center.

    But service peoplle is not at all satisfyin the mobile problem whish is happening.

    What i can do tel me ?

    In dealer end they didn't bargain 50 rs when i was about to purchase it.

    With insurance i paid 8,000 Rs to them.

    Only one month more than 5 times i went to service center and that too 3 times permission from my office - That wil comes in LOP?

    U know 25 Km from my office to the service center every time i have to put 50 Rs petrole and spending my time & energy ....Finally no use of it ?

    I need the remedy for this .
    I am not satisfied with this product .
    I need some replacement or MY Money back .
    I really dont want this mobile with the again repair.
    I need to talk some executives of u.

    Kindly give response to my mail within 2 days.

    I have to contact them in the evident of my cell phone destroyed by authorized service centre.

    I purchased sony ericsson G900 on 27th august 2009. My mobile got some problem with the touch screen and I submitted my phone at Bhajan Pura service center on 11th June 2010.Till today I am still waiting for my handset and the complaint no. is 87656758.I lodged my complaint on 18th june and I called back to confirm the status on 28th june and I was told that confirmatory answer would be provided to me within 3-4 days and when I called back again today the same thing I heard from your representative.There must be a deadline at which you people need to give the repaired handset back to the customer.From last 15 days I am getting the same answer that the parts are not available.
    Kindly look into the matter seriously because I am really distur with commitments your people are making.Today also I have been asked to call back after 5 days to get the confirmation and not my handset.This is really ridiculous.Shall I move towards the consumer court or will I get my handset from your side.I am leaving this solely on you people.

    Unhappy Pathetic Services

    hi, i bought a phone from sony ericsson (G900) it is still in warranty and for the second time it is in the service centre first time they kept it for about a month and 10 days and they gave me new IMEI number which is 353886025257309. now even this new phone that they gave is in service centre again and its been almost a month again. Their Custoemr Service guys start arguing if you complain against these phones and as per them they don't have the parts avaliable. i would request you to please take an action and to help me. the job i.d is 011-390-111-11 SE310VSR11425.
