    Angry Poor and Very Slow service support from Sony Ericsson

    I,Rumman had brought a W995 mobile phone from sony ericssons showroom (angel I-mart near CST) just 2 months ago on 13/05/2010,and within 20-25 days i had problems with my memory card(8Gb) which was provided as a free acessory by the company, so as i had it in the warranty period i submitted it to the sony ericssons service centre at vashi (Kaizer Electronics),they were not at all helpful in the service and even denied to tell me the fault in the memory card,the workorder no is SE310KT112830,they returned the memory card after formatting it, and within a week i again had problems with it.
    So i again returned the memory card at their service centre,they assured me that the memory card would be replaced within 7-10 days,i submitted it on 3rd july,2010.(Workorder No. SE310KT113323)but when i called them after a week they told me to call at the call centre. i called there,and the problem just got even worse,i had to wait for 25-30 minutes before the costumer care executive talked to me,again they assured me that it would be replaced within a week,but none of it happened,every time i again called them they told me to launch a complaint,wait for more 4 days for the status,and when i again called them thay said me that the service is under progress,so call after 1 week,and when i called them again they told me that they don't make any commitments like this,weeks have gone and still i dont get any response from them,every time i only had to approach them,call at their costumer care no(180011800) which just doesnt work,again go through the same procedures,same assurances,and same reasons to further delay it.they are replying that a 8gb memory card is not in stock in Mumbai ,,so why do they sell such kind of products whose stocs parts are not available or they must have told it earlier the same.I have never experienced this kind of slow and so bad costumer support ever and waiting for more than a month just for a memory card just doesn't work,this itself shows that how slow and unresponsive is Sony ericssons service support.so I kindly request to look into the matter as soon as possible.

    hi this is hitesh chouhan.
    i am from indore,i bought a sonyericsson c 510 handset on 7th june and i had problems of network and battery the person at service centre of sony ericsson said that it has a pcb problem and needs to be replaced i submitted the for for this on 6th august they said that i will get the phone back within 10-12 days now its 16 days and still i didnt get any reply from the service centre nor the sony ericsson customer care service.
    whenever i call on the service number 011-39011111 first its not toll free and when i calls it says plz hold and the wait never ends i have waited for more than 5 minutes a lot of times kindly look into the matter and help me.
    i swear i will sell the cell phone and never buy a sony ericsson cellphone again nor will let any one who know me buy this phone.
    a world known company and service is like the worst in the world i hate sony ericsson..

    hi, i bought a phone from sony ericsson Xeperia X1 just four month back it is in warranty and i feel warranty will be over in the service centre first time made a mistake by choosing this low quality company & worst service product. this new phone start giving problem in 2nd month & in third month it required service centre as I submit in service centre the person over thr told me to that its 15 days procedure to change the bludy PCB (Mother Board) its almost month passed, I didn't get my set back, Even service centre's Manager dnt know the status when it will b get repaired.Their Custoemr Service guys start arguing if you complain against these phones and as per them they don't have the parts available Even they are not provide full work ID they just give manual receipt with hand written work no. 12178, by asking full ID they told that system is not working. Now I am trying to approach consumer Court against this false commitments.

    Default my handset w580i from 2 months is at your service center

    first my displace was change due to lines on display when it is return to me after1 day loud speaker is not working then sent to it again to service center and then i call after 12 days they said that the mother board has to be changed . They were told me that your mobile has been repaired 5 days but it is to late 10 days to go my mobile was not returned to me

    I bought the J20i Hazel model mobile in Shop No41.Tabs complex.Contonment.Trichy 620001. Rs.12000.within one week many problem in my set ie incoming voice not heared,bluetooth not function,memory card not accept,sliding problem.I gave the sony service senter Accel-Trichy A-16.1st floor.1st cross Thillai nagar Trichy,but they didt solve my problem or otherwise many problem add and gave me what can i do please take action immediately.still my phone is not functioning.work order no.SE310ATC117736.please contact no.9487289519

    Angry Creating problem in handset j105i again and again

    dear sir,
    I have brought sony ericsson j105i mobile set .before 9 month ago and purchased on 20/03/2010 ,and i has been gone to the service centre 4-5 times .every times same problem in the set .first time front camera of the set has dead .they sad that have formate it and update the set . but then after some time it creats the same problem all times . now 3 times i am updated the software of my set from sony ericsson centre.at present set having 2-3 problem. some time having problem of voice, front camera, hanging, slow the speed of the set etc...

    Thumbs down Sony Ericsson P1i Mobile No Display Complaint ID: 8911679 support issue

    To whom it may concern:

    My name is Mahesh K and I am using Sony Ericsson P1i Mobile . Facing no Display issue and given it to Sony Ericsson Service center
    “Ccom Services” Thane, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India on 28th Oct 2010. After 15 Days of follow up they given me estimate of Rs. 2700/- for changing display connector and I approved the same.

    After approval they haven’t returned my mobile and whenever I called up they say’s we are doing calibration of it we will handover same to you. So I call up Sony Support on 11 Dec 2010 10:26 AM [1800 11 1800 (Toll free) – Shrishti ] and registered compliant Complaint ID: 89116797. But after 10 Days no update about compliant, so I call up “Ccom Services” Thane on 20th Dec 2010 for update Mr. “ Vaibhav More said that work in progress when I asked more deeply where is my mobile he said they send it to Sony Chennai repairing center on 18/12/2010 and not provided me his Manager contact details.

    Sony Support on 21st Dec 2010 10:17 AM Coordinator Minakshi given answer that work in progress they don’t know more than this and she can’t provide any Contact details of Sony Ericsson escalation matrix other than a email id : questions.in@support.sonyericsson.com.

    Sony Support on 13th Jan 2011 12:30 PM Coordinator given answer that Sony stopped (and outdated model) providing support for Sony P1i.

    Kindly look into this and resolve this case ASAP.

    Dear Sir /Madam,

    My self Shankar from chennai,India.
    i bought new sony ericsson xperia X10 mini pro u 20i on november 2010 end.
    with in a month i come across speaker problem.
    i had given for service on 3rd of January 2011 and the service people is saying that they don't have spare, has to come from Bombay,Delhi .... already one month is over still they are giving the same reason. When i requested for replacement they are saying that they don't have that provision to do so.i never and ever seen such a worthless reply .if the spare will be available on next year mean we have to wait for an year ah? what a silly answer they are giving. these irresponsibility persons are taken care by a national brand SONY ERICSSON.what a shame for a world most top branded company. for the past 5 years am using Sony mobile but this is the first time i come across these issues.am really disappointed on their services and way of treating customers (slaves).Even customer care call center people also behaving like this.Once we give a call to service center to know the status they are not at all picking up the phone.
    i need an immediate solution for these issues.
    kindly arrange for replacement of hand set.
    Note: This is first and last complaint iam submitting.next i will go to consumer court and will register a complaint against this entire brand.

    Angry Complain sony ericsson service center/costumer care

    Dear Sir,
    I purchased sony ericsson T-715 on 26th January 2010. My mobile got some problem with the display and I submitted my phone at "CARE POINT' service center on 7th december 2010.Till today I am still waiting for my handset and the complaint no. is 89262512. I lodged my complaint on 29th december and I called back to confirm the status on 10th jan and I was told that confirmatory answer would be provided to me within 3-4 days and when I called back again, again again. I have allredy sumitte again complain and second time service center give same complain no.I called back again today the same thing I heard from your representative.There must be a deadline at which you people need to give the repaired handset back to the customer.From last 15 days I am getting the same answer that the parts are not available.
    Kindly look into the matter seriously because I am really distur with commitments your people are making.Today also I have been asked to call back after 5 days to get the confirmation and not my handset.This is really ridiculous.Shall I move towards the consumer court or will I get my handset from your side.I am leaving this solely on you people.

    Dear Sir,
    I purchased sony ericsson Elm on Oct 2010. My mobile got some problem of netwok reception and I had submitted my phone to "Accel Frontline, Bhubaneswar" on Feb 01. They have reported me that the RF board is to be replaced. Then they took 14 days to repare the mobile by replacing the RF board. In the time of receiving the phone, I've noticed that the volume keys were not working. Immediately I've submitted again to rectify the problem. Then they took another 3 days to repair that one. After using the mobile for some hours, I came to know that the bluetooth is not working. Other lots of features like noise shield, clear voice, megabass etc. are not coming in the "options" which were present previously. The battery consumption is drastically increased. It was taking only six hrs to get switch off in stand by without attending calls or using multimedia. Now the mobile is no longer useful.
    Kindly look into the matter seriously because I am really disturbed with the service your people are rendering. This is really ridiculous and harrasing. Now I want a new handset or my money back. Should I go to the consumer court to finalise the issue?

    Default Complin agains sony servics center poor n bads response

    Dear Sir,

    Though my mobile was under warranty, I had to spend money to purchase another mobile as the service center people didn't give me any stand-by as well.
    I want to draw your kind attention that I have submitted my sony ericsson w20 zylo cell for AT ACCEL FRONTLINE SERVICES LTD, ADAJAN CHAR RASTA, SURAT for repair of slider about month ago but still not therse is no response from their .They told me it will take 2 days maximum . after 6 days When I called to service center they told me it will take 10 days more.Now 1 month gone.And They Not Do anything...
    I am really frustrated to hear lame excuses and but sorry to say that the service of
    Sony Ericsson which they provide to the customers is really pathetic and when I called service center also sony ericsson servics center ,they called your cell part is not available.
    I had again contact with sony ericsson customer care but they always say please wait for two days i will update u, but no update received from sony eriscson then again call for update he says pleaase wit for two days more. we will call you and update you sone. Now what i have to for what time i have to wait,as i do not have any altrenate mobile. i require and expect the mobile to be repaire and returned at the earliest.

    After this bads experienced I always guide that never ever purchase Sony Ericsson mobiles

    This is Bharadwaj,i am having an sony ericsson XPERIA x10i.I went to sony ericsson service center of ANANTAPUR(A.P).for software update from android 2.1 to android 2.2.The lady who ownes the company ,she is speeking very rudely.Yesterday i went with my mobile at 7.30pm.that time n technicians are there .so today i went around 6.00 pm .She is asking for a bill.I said that mam can u plz check the online status of my IMEI no.that lady is telling that "THIS IS MY SERVICE CENTER, IHAVE SOME RULES AND REGULATIONS TO FOLLOW".Actually they r not having the online submition .Instead of teling that she is shouting at the coustomers
    We are badly disappointed by the way they r speeking with the coustomers.

    I purchased a brand new sony ericsson yendo w150i on 6 june 2011. nd i had face many problems with my phone. i had go at the serveic center above 8 times, they changed the motherboard last time, bt still i m not satisfied. and now i m facing thesame problem with my mobile phone. i thaught sony ericsson is the one of the best company in india, bt i was wrong. it is thw wrost mobile company..... and now i want my money back....
