Dear Sir/Madam,


I had purchased a phone of Sony Ericsson of Rs. 13,320.00 Model K810i, from Go Mobile, Nehru Place on 20/06/2008. my phone didn't work properly. I had submitted this phone to sony ericsson service center (Technocare, E-17, Lajpat nagar, New Delhi) on 19/06/2009. They had given me the phone after repairing in six days but it did not work more than two hours. Again the same day i submitted this phone to the same service center on the same day. then they return me the phone again in six days, then it worked only one day, the same problem occurred again. I have submitted the phone again six times but the same problem is coming again & again.

Now when I received my phone after they did the repairing on Friday 24/07/2009, the speaker & the Bluetooth is giving problem.

The behavior of the people in the service center is very rude and they don't handle the customers in a pleasing manner.

Please let me know that what type of action shall be taken against the company or the Service center.

I shall be really grateful to you if you could help me with the a solution for the same and help me out for the problem.
