Chirag you have to do one more simple thing, i.e. you have to intimate the parent company (Nokia) through a Notice about your issue that you purachased the phone to use not to submit most of the time to the Nokia care to get repair.

Send a Notice to the below mentioned address and mention all the details and the problem you are facing. Ask them for the refund/change. ( send the notice through registered post only and keep the slip in safe )

After sending the letter as you said, person from nokia contacted me and said that i have to submit my cell again and i just have to tell them the job sheet no. and i did the same but after i got my cell there was the same problem with the camera and they were saying it has been repaired and there is just a small problem with the setting of camera and when i requested for the replacement they refused my request....
