Dear Sir,

I purchased G900 handset of Sony Ericsson on 18/04/2009, within three month of use i faced problem of TOUCH SCREEN NOT WORKING on 28/06/2009 and i submitted the same in Authorised service center.

After continous follow ups i got it repaired on 12/07/2009.

On 16/07/2009 angain i faced problem of HAND SET GETTING HANGED. on 17/07/2009 again i submitted the same at authorised cervice center.

There is no reply of my mails from sony ericsson, the call center persons are not even ready to provide Sony Ericssons India Head Office Address also.

I need my money back as this is defective product having quality problem.

Please guide me in this matter.
