i have given my sony ericsson w350i mobile in the service centre named "neeru enterprises" sector 18 noida, up. my mobile phone had a problem of non operation of volume key nad was under warranty period. the workorder nnumber is se30902110149. the mobile set was given on 3 july 2009 and i was assurd of getting it back by 2 weeks but i have still not recieved the handset as the incharge there has said "the part has not arrived yet from chennai". wat should i do to file a complaint against the company and the service centre?
