Defective model samsung i780 ON 13th JAN 2009 I PURCHASED SAMSUNG I-780 FROM K.K TELECOM THANE (WEST).
WITHIN 6MONTHS OF USE, MOBILE STARTED GETTING HANG WITH BATTERY PROBLEM,i TOOK THE MOBILE AT SAMSUNG'S AUTHORIZED SERVICE CENTER AT THANE on 1st July 2009, AT SERVICE CENTER IT WAS WORST HARASSMENT, SERVICE CENTER CALLED ME 4 TIMES TO COLLECT SERVICED MOBILE BUT EVERY TIME I WENT THERE AND SERVICE CENTER MANAGER TOLD ME THAT MOBILE IS NOT READY AND IT NEEDS MORE TIME TO REPAIR, I ASKED K K TELECOM TO LOOK AFTER THIS MATTER, FROM K K TELECOM ALSO I GOT THE SAME TREATMENT, FINALLY I GOT MY CELL BACK ON 18TH JULY 2009 WITH COMPLETELY DIFFERENT IMEI NO. AND MOBILE'S BODY WAS COMPLETELY WORN OUT. AT SERVICE CENTER THEY DID SOME JUGGLING AND INTERCHANGED SOME OF DEFECTIVE PARTS FROM ANOTHER CELL,
AT THIS MOMENT ALSO MY CELL IS GIVING SOME OR OTHER PROBLEM, I REQUESTED K K TELECOM TO REPLACE THE MOBILE BUT K K TELECOM IS NOT CO-OPERATING.

Send a written notice via registered post to CMD about your problem, mention all the complaints no. in it and ask them for the proper solution so that you will not face such type of problem again.
Note: Do not forget to keep the slip of registered post in safe, it will help you if the parent company will not solve the issue with in the mention time of 15 to 20 days.
