Dear Sir/madam

I Purchased the nokia phone N-8 from nokia showroom on Nov 2010. Due to haeating & software hanging problem, i submitted the phone at nokia care(NRI communication, Lajpat nagar, New Delhi) on 29/01/2011 & they repalced the phone by another one on 07/02/2011/. After that this phone had battery problem continue from day one & repalced battery by nokia care people two times within two months. On 15/06/2011, its was suddenly switch OFF & not getting swicth On. Immediately, i submitted the phone to nokia Care( NRI communication). They told me that there is some software problem & will rectify by reloading the software. They relaoded the software in handset but after that i found handset battery charging is not working. Again handset recieved back by nokia service people(NRI) & told me that they will repair the handset by tomorrow. But after 30 minutes later, i got the call from nokia service(nri) & told me this hand set is not repaireable.I asked about reason but they could not tell me any exact reason they assuming that this may be due to voltage or liquid but they could not shown me any liquid mark/sign inside or outside of phone & due to high voltage charger will damage but my charger is ok. When i submitted this phone to Nokia servcie(NRI) that time there was no charging problem & this problem start after software loading only but they don't want listen anything. Then i called at Nokia care help line no. 080-30303838. They told me if you are not satisfied with this nokia service people then you can contact another service care & provided to me one more nokia care address( Service & communication solution, Kotla Mubarakpur, new delhi). Immediately I went to another Nokia service( servcie & communication solution) & submitted the handset there. They checked the handset & told me that this handset is tampered internally, one screw missing inside & scracthes & now, this phone does covered any warranty. I asked how its happend? They told me that they don't know anything. They did not tell me any liquid or other reason. When i want to NRI care centre that time no tampered, screw missing etc in phone but after that this type of problem found mean this phone damaged by NRI care prople only. After taht I called back again nokia help line 080-30303838 & infromed about the problem. They told me that they are registering my complaint & will revert back me with in 48 hrs. I also send the complaint( ref no. 1-11696881350) through email to nokia customer care & again registered complaint( compalint no. 1-11697322462) through phone on 16/06/2011. But nobody provide any satisafactory answer till date. I called there more than 20 times & sent emails many times. They always sending autogenerated email to me. Then I sent a letter to the name Of Mr. D Shiva Kuamr(MD & VP of Nokai) on 04/07/2011 but no reply received yet. After several reminders, in one email they mentioned that your phone is require high level inspection at Nokia head office & you can deposite your phone at any nokia care & inform us the job sheet no. & address of nokia care centre after that we will check this phone phyiscally at our head office. As per their suggestion, on 11/07/2011 I went to one more Nokia care centre (communication solution, F-26/4, Okhla Ph-2, New Delhi-110020) for submitting the handset. They also checked the handset physically by opening & told me that this hand set is tampered, screw missing & one connector not fitted properly. After that they returned back handset to me without any job sheet. I asked to keep handset & provide me job sheet card but they ignored & told me they can not make any job card or receipt of this handset. I shown him email copy of customer care people for submitting the handset but they ignored & don't want listen anything. In evening, i sent the status of servcie care peopel to Nokia office by email but till date i have not recived reply from them. I tried to contact at Nokia haed office through phone many times but no answer there. Only once I connected with NOKIA HEAD office, Guragaon through phone but no body listen my problem & disconnect phone in between conversation.
I asked about following queries through email & phone many times but till date no body give answer

Why this phone had battery problem form day one?
This phone battery replaced two times within two months but no body tried to check the reason (any charging circuit problem or other reason in phone). Why?
Why NRI communication told that there was software problem & rectified by reloading the software but after that charging circuit is not working. How this happened?
When NRI communication received phone that time no tampered/liquid & later told me this due to liquid but no liquid seen there?
Why another service centre (Service & communication solution) told me this phone is tampered, scratches & screw missing?
How is the internal screw missing?
Why different comments of two service centre for same problem & same phone?
If any phone have manufacturing defect or damaged by service centre people then blame to user only?

I hope you will least let me know the situation & try to resolve this matter by registering the case through consumer court. if you need any more detail, please let me know.
