I had purchased Videocon Mobile model V-1675 on 26/03/2011 with the warranty of one year, from One Mobile, Sahara Mall, Gurgaon, within two months after purchasing it developed problem in charging battery. On 08/06/2011 I submitted the phone to the newly opened service centre of Videocon by the name Universal Telecom & Traders,Gurgaon they said that it would get repaired in two- three days as it is under warranty. The IMEI # of my handset is 910041305763391, initially the customer receipt was without any work order number and it only had the Serial number 1627 on it after even by 24/06/11 not getting any details on my handset status I called up Videocon Mobile Customer Care for help for which they asked me workorder number which was missing on the customer received then I went to service centre and the work order number they give me is HCH2406110008 issued on that day.
Since then even after having repeated calls with the Videocon Customer Care and their Service centre I am unable to get my handset back in good condition. Now I feel disgusted and frustrated with the response I am getting from them.

Request you to please get my money refunded back from them as I no longer motivated enough to use the handset.

Your immediate intervention is required for assistance.
