I bought the new smart phone samsung galaxy s gt-i9003, where in I observed that from the day 1 gps was not working. I compared with so many other phones to test its functionality on different conditions. But always gps failed to work. I had to go samsung service center 5 times continuously for the repair but not at all successful. More than myself enjoying the phone it was with the service center itself, for which the mental peace of mine was disturbed and just because I had roam around the service center whenever required.
Later I agreed for money back which the samsung service center offered me, for which the cheque is yet to be recieved.
Later I bought samsung galaxy tablet 7", which it was promised that there will be no more defects of any kind. But from the very next I found that gps and camera were not functioning and had to move to stores couple of times and was finally agreed for exchange and refused to refund the aamount. Which I lost peace of mind again and also money.

Hereby I would like to regain all the peace and money I had lost on these from samsung electronics.
