Dear sir / madam,

one of my mobile micromax a60 which was under warranty period suddenly got
some problem with mic and i had to give to micromax for service since it was
under warranty. I have given my mobile on 27/05/2011 now it is almost 45 days
passed still i have not got my mobile in my hand, when ever i call micromax service
center i get an reply your complaint is still pending and under processing and i have
to wait for 1 week not it is alomost 6 weeks passed and i get the same reply.

can you please help me to get my handset back as soon as possible.
