Sir,

I had purchased above samsung start cell 354369/03/02 cash memo no.
16999, from bhilai CG.

With in two weeks of operation its touch screen is not functional and I
reported it
to service center.

They had found out major problem and told that it will take them 20 days
to repair it.

Till date they are not confirming when they will be changing touch pad or
also they are not replacing the monile.

Kindly advice my future action.
