Dear Sir,
I have deposited a Mobil (cell phone) with SONY’s service center for repair on
03/06/2009 and the complain ID is SEO09310977. On 27/06/2009 I got a call from
SONY”S customer Care centre for collect the cell phone from Service centre, when I
checked the cell phone I found same problem with cell phone. I didn’t received the
cell phone , they asked me to deposited cell phone again for repair.

Today again I got a call from SONY’s service centre for collect the cell phone but I
found cell phone having same problem.

It’s more then 1 month and I am suffering a lot for the same.

So it’s my kind request you to take a positive and immediate action in this regards.

I have purchases invoice and complain ID slip for the same.
The cell phone is under warranty and it's a product of SONY.
